Your insecurity of Dez being outperformed by the Beas is pathetic. Dez should always always always have better stats than Beas in every category, but he doesn't. Beas isn't and will never be a #1 WR but that's not because he fails.
I have already proven you wrong on Dez. Your pretend hate on Dez is pathetic. Go on troll

I'm not trying to beat you down or anything your opinion is valuable and mine or anybody else's isn't fact........that being said

I totally disagree with you. Dez has had some injury problems the past few seasons and when you add to the fact he didn't get as much work in with a rookie QB you seen some struggles. You seen better chemistry and Dez have some monster games in the 2nd half and was one of the main reasons we got back into the Packers playoff game. I think with Dak being the number 1 all off-season and Dez 100 percent you will see a much improved passing attack.

With the timing of the signing, I kinda wonder if they have zeroed in on a day 2 offensive prospect. Making that selection, you are possibly missing out on a contributor at a defensive position.

Its a reach, as Robert Blanton is very minor transaction. But if they are looking at taking say a JuJu Smith-Schuster or a Julie'n Davenport in the third round, you may sign a Robert Blanton thinking you aren't sure you can get your contributing safety in the 4th and beyond.

Timing of the addition is interresting to me, even for a minor signing
Solid backup and ST guy

That guy does troll a lot; however, it's hard to deny that Dez has not lived up to the contract or to his talent level. He has some issue every year (dehydrated repeatedly, injured due to holding out, out of shape, out of control during games, off-field distractions to himself and the team, should have known that securing the catch in the GB game was the most important issue, gets shutdown when CBs get in his head, does not know the scheme in great detail, often ran the wrong routes and got chastised by Romo, not a great route runner, etc.. One of the worst, but never mentioned was that in the playoffs from the 2015 season, he ran out on the field while the Cowboys defense was on the field to protest some call. He was incredibly lucky that was not called because it was in an critical situation.

Sure he has some plays and some games where he looks great, but there has always been a lack of consistency and fans/coaches just hold their breath waiting for the next disaster.

It's like my golf game. Sometimes I'll drive the ball 320 yards down the middle of the fairway like a Pro, then the next shot I might hit it in the creek. It's pretty much wow, yuck, wow, yuck, yuck, wow with little in between.

2015 season we went 4-12 and didn't make the playoffs and had nothing to do with Dez. He is a scoring machine and yes he has had some bad games. He demands attention and the past 2 years he hasn't been healthy. If he stays healthy this season (2017 season) he will have 1200 plus yards and 14 plus TDs.

They didn't miss a beat when he was out for those games in 2016.

Being dehydrated or out of shape leads to injuries.

His contract is huge. He should never disappear like he often has in the past. He should be a work ethic leader which includes studying the playbook and watching film, but he isn't. He is only an emotional leader which requires no work.

Hopefully he grows up this season now that he has been away from distractions for a good period of time.

Here is my $0.02 on Blanton:

Dallas has under-valued the safety position for years. They have stated they are fine with Heath competing for starting reps, and I believe them. Blanton takes over Heath's ST duties-- as many here noted. Jones, Heath, Blanton, Frazer-- those are your safeties. Dallas does not invest premium picks at S since Roy Williams burned them.

IMO-- we signed Blanton so we could scratch S off the list and cover the position as we head into the draft. Now they will focus on DE and CB on day 1 and 2.

Maybe you should watch film and you will see Bryant open but he can't throw the ball to himself. Watch him against the Commanders put a move on Norman but Dak threw underneath. It's cool though I know people pick certain players and bag on them no matter what and allow other players to make mistakes but they like that player so it's OK

People pick players as their favs and that player can do no wrong. It's always somebody else's fault when that player fails.

I'm not saying he is perfect but this whole he doesn't live up to the money is b.s. or that he isn't a number 1 is b.s. has he made mistakes, yes but so has every player to ever play. My point is some of you exaggerate because of dislike for a player and no matter what just waiting to blame him. When healthy Dez is top 5 receiver in the league, you can say otherwise but it's simply not true

When is the last time Bryant has finished "top 5"?

I have, unlike you apparently...

Don't make claims you can't back up.
So 2 seasons ago....2014 since you think you have researched, Dez had 16 TDs which was good enough for what place in the NFL that year.......here is a hint 1st.

Nice try but like I said go back and research

And that one stat makes him "top 5"?

:lmao:

You can put blinders on yourself.

You don't get to put them on anyone else.

Sure they do. What they don't count for is everything. Like you want everybody else to somehow accept. Sorry to break it to you, they don't.

You should look into a mirror on that one.

"Top 5..."
