Darius Jackson is better.
Truth is I’m not worried about the 3rd RB much either way. They aren’t going to get any touches unless Zeke or Rod Smith get hurt.
If Zeke and Rod are healthy the #3 RB won’t even see the field other than special teams. IMO
Unless they've been seduced by the greatness of the OL. The "any back can run behind this line" nonsense.Nah, Bo's not that guy. Rod's our Zeke replacement for this year - he showed well enough last year to have the #2 gig sewn up.
I think we just drafted Scarbrough as a 7th round dart throw on physical talent alone - and hey it's the 7th round, I'm fine with that. But I think people see this giant Derrick Henry-ish back running behind our line and get their hopes up way higher than they should be. If he was a 7th round guard or CB or something, everyone would go "yeah, he's a practice squad stash if he even makes it through camp." But I'm hearing people talk about him spelling Zeke and stuff in the regular season and it seems kind of crazy.

Reminds me of this clown...All backs need some combination of burst, vision, power and quickness to be consistently successful. Right, Hambrick?
Williams is pretty much done. The fumbling in non contact drills and add that he tripped on his own feet and fell at out bounds against San Fran has ended his chances not to mention the fact Zeke, Rod, Darius, Bo and Chunn all are ahead of him on the depth chartsome good, some bad. but with Jackson, Williams in the mix, the cowboys will have to keep 4 rb's for him to have a chance. i'd say he's 50/50 to make the team at this point.
Wilson I would keep. He has high upside and was looking good before he got hurt. I think White the safety was available when we took Shultz and Mike WhiteShould have drafted a S or DT instead of Bo
Same goes for Cedric Wilson, Mike White and Dalton Schultz.
Pick any 2 of the 4 and we were better off taking both a S and a DT in their place.
Plus he did it from the right side which had Green and Marcus Martin..... Put Zach Martin and Collins there I think Bo does much betterWasn’t Bo running behind the 2nd and 3rd stringer O line?
I think he did well for what was given to him. He didn’t have much room to run on the inside and was touched before he got back to the LOS.
We’ll get a better idea the next couple of weeks.
Agreed, although he looked a little slow on his long run. Jackson looked better and, IMO, would help the team more this year.I like him ... does not look like he will go down easy.
I would not say that Rod Smith sucks,, he does possess somewhat of a skillset, you have your opinion.I don't know but Rod Smith sucks. I know that. If he has to start for any length of time goodbye to any semblance of offense.

I think that's where he's heading. Maybe he gets claimed on waivers, but he wasn't drafted until the 7th round so I'm not so sure there will be a lot of teams lining up to place a waiver claim on him. It'll depend on how he plays during the rest of TC and PS. If he plays well, it'll increase the chance he'll be a waiver claim. But then if he plays well, he probably makes the 53 here.I wonder if they can sneak Bo to the practice squad...
RSmith is still a glorified FB.....good but not anything specialI don't know but Rod Smith sucks. I know that. If he has to start for any length of time goodbye to any semblance of offense.
That is my take. He has average to slightly above average NFL RB talent. Maybe some upside but that’s why he was a 7th round pick. He’s a career backup.
