I would trade him. I would not release him.
Sep 15, 2019 NFL Knee Meniscus Tear Gallup suffered a knee injury late in the Week 2 win over Washington. He missed two gamesWhen has Gallup ever gotten injured other than this season?
Stop spewing falsehoods.
Just remember what Dak was without Cooper, don't be hating on a player.No.
Cooper has failed to get open often this year...and mostly against 1-on-1's. He even admitted as much recently. Inexcusable, especially for someone getting paid $20+ million/year.
yes, all running curl routes at about 10 yards deep is not very good idea.He also missed 2 games. He is around his career average for yards per Reception. He is used much differently he is not used vertically that much that has been reserved for Gallup and Lamb. The bigger issue is there have been games where he, Lamb and Gallup might as well be standing on the sideline with the way they got used in games.
Prior to this season, Gallup had only missed 2 games. That's not considered being injury-prone.Sep 15, 2019 NFL Knee Meniscus Tear Gallup suffered a knee injury late in the Week 2 win over Washington. He missed two games
Dec 20, 2020 NFL Inguinal Hip Strain Gallup sustained a strained right hip during Week 15's win over the 49ers. He was available for the next game.
Sep 9, 2021 NFL Leg Calf Strain Gallup sustained a strained left calf during Week 1's loss at Tampa Bay. He was placed on IR and missed seven games
Jan 2, 2022 NFL Knee ACL Tear Grade 3 Gallup tore his ACL in Week 17 and is out for the season.

Oh, I understand. Not hating on Cooper. Just stating a fact. He's been covered (by his own admission) mostly 1-on-1 all of this season, yet he has struggled to get open. THAT is why he hasn't had the ball thrown to him as much. He's got no one to blame but himself. Instead, he starts yapping to the media and pointing fingers towards Dak and Kellen Moore. That's bush league. Plus, he refuses to take ownership of his own performance (or lack of it).Just remember what Dak was without Cooper, don't be hating on a player.
didn't say he was just gave you his injury history. not the best.Prior to this season, Gallup had only missed 2 games. That's not considered being injury-prone.
It's not a conspiracy anybody with half a brain can see athletes are targeted for not doing a certain thing i.e. Kylie Irving.Cooper has been getting hounded by the media and now the league is on his case.
I think Jerry is angling for Coop’s release with some of the public statements he made earlier in the season. It also seems the media attention is targeted, and it could be the team playing PR games.
Theories aside, if the FO is interested in bringing Wilson back and they believe Gallup can be brought back on a 1 year deal, releasing Coop does make financial sense. They could transition 10 million of the cap from offense to defense with that one move.
I really like Amari and his quiet confidence but his production has been down so paying him 21 million next season seems insane.
Gallup’s injury history is a scratch compared to Amari Cooper's. Cooper takes the cake by far, yet I don't hear anyone complaining about it like they are complaining about Gallup.didn't say he was just gave you his injury history. not the best.
cooper missed two games....Dak had 194 against KC and 373 against Raiders.Just remember what Dak was without Cooper, don't be hating on a player.
You do know $20 million is going rate for top receivers, that said is very likely aa cut next year.Oh, I understand. Not hating on Cooper. Just stating a fact. And the results????cooper missed two games....Dak had 194 against KC and 373 against Raiders.
Way overpaid. There is a reason the Cowboys did not renegotiate Cooper's contract before this season started. Instead, the Cowboys were willing to take the full hit. Why is that? You do know $20 million is going rate for top receivers, that said is very likely aa cut next year.
It's a team game.And the results????
you saw the passing results. And the results????
No hate on Gallop but he's not close to Cooper as WR go.Gallup’s injury history is a scratch compared to Amari Cooper's. Cooper takes the cake by far, yet I don't hear anyone complaining about it like they are complaining about Gallup.
It's clear those hating on Gallup prefer Cooper over Gallup. Agenda driven posts.
Correct but Cooper makes it a better team. It's a team game.
