Thursday Night NFL Preseason Thread

Jags are probably going to win their division.

I was thinking they are a year away but with the news about Dante Fowler looking like the next big thing defensively and you factor in Jaylon Smith and Myles Jack then you would think they are ready for a big breakout this year.

AFC South will be real interesting.

I like them to win that division. People don't realize how good bortles is. I think they have all the parts. I could see them going 5-1 in the division and finding 4 more wins and taking the south at 9-7.

Houston's defense is good but I don't see them slowing down that offense and The titans and colts defenses I don't think will hold up against it.

my takeaway from tonight is basically every teams second offensive line is awful. Especially the tackles. Its a free for all for defenses in every game I am watching.

I am hoping to see hackenburg tonight.

This holds true for the Eagles game I am watching. The Eagles are in deep trouble if Peters gets hurt or Johnson's suspension is legit. Their 2nd string LT was embarrassingly bad.

How about Kelly at RT? He's horrible.

looks like everyone has the same problem. Usually defenses are ahead of offenses at this time of year, throw in nobody tackles in practice and how many guys sit out practices in this age of the nfl and these first preseason games are terrible.

I bet dallas second line tackles saturday night are equally as bad and especially against a deep line in st.louis trying to make a good impression.

Had they done that it would be shutting the door on the romo era imo.

why? Nassib and Grappolo have been sitting around waiting their turn and it would be no different.

I am curious to see nassib tomorrow night. He would be a nice signing next year if this team doesn't like the qb's in the draft.

I just think they got zeke to recreate 2014 to try and win now esp if he flames out in a few years like the other poster suggested.

Getting wentz we pretty much wouldn't have added anything to this team at least this year. don't know if that's true just my thoughts.

I hope you are right and he's a total bust. But if he's the real deal, we screwed up big time.

Not really. The messed up not getting a DE and MLB in here. You have to go all in on romo and they got the biggest impact player they could in zeke I feel. They sold the game so them building a contender in the next 5 season is very unlikely even if he's good.

Wentz took a heck of a hit on a Safety blitz. Stayed down a few seconds after the hit. I thought he may have broken ribs, but look to have shaken it off. Wow!
