Absolutely right. Robert Gallery was a first rounder for the Raiders who still hasn't found his way. Give Pettiti a break. New league. New position. And like all rookies, this part of the season is when they hit 'the wall'.

To Pettiti's credit, he blocked Dwight Freeney(successfully) in college.

Frankly-I think our rookie FB(Polite) could have done a better job this year. He's been improving alot recently, but there were times he would blow easy blocking assignments that would result in killed drives.

Anyone who thinks JJ, even in his short period of glory last season, is or was the equal of Tiki Barber knows nothing about football.

No one knows what the future holds for Julius...no one knows for certain why he's struggled this season. I hope someday he'll be the equal of Tiki, but right now, and even last year, it's ridiculous to compare the two....Tiki is a great runner and a great team player who has represented his team with total class and professionalism. It's silly to put him down for any reason...almost as silly as saying Eli sucks just because he throws ints and isn't as acurate as some of the veterans.

The Giants are going to win the division...that's almost a forgone conclusion now. We're playing for a wild card spot, and we have to win today against the Commanders or our playoff chances are all but gone...we'd need a lot of help from other teams to get in if we lose today.

I never liked Tiki..his NY media over-exposure, or his game. But under Coughlin he has not just cleaned up the fumbling act, but gotten out of the tv and radio studios and into the gym...become a workout warrior. He is a lot stronger now and hasn't seemed to have lost any quickness whatsoever. His vision has improved with age as has his patience.

Gotta give the devil his due, he has developed into an elite feature back.
