Since that contract was inked.....

22 games have passed
42 receptions
551 yards
4 TDs

He should be fully healthy now. It's time for him to prove he's in the elite class of receivers in the NFL.
12 games
42 reception
551
4td
And a few of those he wasn't really healthy
Not too worried about dez with a real qb playing. In fact I expect a big game this week but there is much more competition for the ball as Beasley has earned his share for sure

The spin job on these stats is disgusting.

Why measure "games have passed" (who does that?) Instead of games played? Why not factor in who his quarterbacks were during those games played? Matt cassel's, Brandon Weedon's and Kellen moore's checkdowns are a huge drop off from Tony Romo.

Statistics without context? You ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Or else what?

of else he will start hearing a course of boo's and people questioning him. He got his money and no one can take that from him but players still look for fan support and with strong fan support comes more endorsements. Ask RGIII those adds he was doing have been drying up since he is not a big deal any longer

The old saying big players come up big in big games, well Dez needs to come in and show he is a big time player. Cowboys need his best this game

It's important that he have a really big game WITHOUT Romo soon. Eventually, Dak will be the full-time starter, and Romo will be gone.

Antonio Brown had 7 catches for 106 yards yesterday against NEW ENGLAND with Landry Jones throwing him the ball.

Elite receivers find a way.

You see these receivers without Romo -- Miles Austin, Patrick Crayton, Laurent Robinson, Sam Hurd -- and you just hope Dez isn't a Romo-created receiver like so many others.

Not worried about Dez one bit.

We have bigger issues.
I'm not as worried about Dez as much as the Defense shutting down the Eagles and our special teams doing their jobs. It makes me nervous that the Eagles have ran 2 kick return back in the last 2 games.

Dez will be fine and if he's not fine Dak will get the ball to other receivers and at the very worst Dez will cause a safety to play him over the top which will open up the running game and the underneath stuff for Witten and Beasely.

Look for Beasely to have a huge game this week with Dez taking up another defender to guard him.

I think it is just important that Dak continue to play smart and hit the open man. Troy Aikman in the same kind of offense was not putting up the same 300 yard plus games that guys like Young, Favre and Jim Kelly were during those years. Of course Troy was capable of those games but he always put team ahead of those personal numbers. You know from 91 to 95 Troy only had 5 300 yard games. Often times his numbers during the SB years were along the line of what we see Dak putting up.

In this offense is you ask me what is a big game for the QB? I would say it is having a high completion rate, converting the 3rd downs and of course getting the ball in the endzone. I think Dak has done each of those things.

Yeah if only Dez could do that without his starting QB. Looks at week 2...
