Time for Jerry to hire the Dream Team

People pick names out of the sky and just because they played the game. They think they have people skills. Just because they were Hall of Fame players does that mean they can translate it to coaching
Yep. Bart Starr comes to mind.

I don't know about that specific dream team. But it's incredibly frustrating that the most valuable sports franchise on the face of the earth goes so cheap on their coaching staff. There is no salary cap! Jerry could hire anyone he wants. Get the best coaches. The Cowboys have the best facilities in the league with AT&T and The Star. Almost $2.5 billion invested. Goes discount shopping for head coaches. Doesn't make a darn bit of sense to me and I always felt it sends the wrong message to the players.
He's still going through his 500. Apparently, most on that list are cheap and inexperienced.

Offensive coordinator. They already know what he’s capable of and what he can do his playbook. Defensive coordinator he would be brilliant because he can plain against a great offense. Head coach, I don’t think he has the people skills. I think you’d have BFFs and the locker room would be divided.
I think he would make a great OC because he really had a feel for working defenses.
you believe a lot of rumors that came out about him and that is kind of short sighted

its all just hot air anyway as Tony will never leave what he has now to work the 100 hour weeks fifty weeks a year for a pittance of what he earns now

GM: Troy Aikman
HC: Tony Romo
OC: Jason Witten
DC: Demarcus Ware

We’d go undefeated for at least a decade with this Avengers squad assembled. It’s time for Jerry to really go all in.
Jerry will not give up control.
It's his fatal flaw.

Several questions.

Who gets fired first?

What order will the firings occur?

And how quickly will the entire hiring-to-firing process take?

I think he would make a great defensive coordinator, but I totally agree. He’s comfortable. He has a family I wouldn’t give that up either.

Jerry

Jerry first, then crap rolls downhill

Start getting the plan in place now

Easy game.

What evidence is there that any of them could do those jobs

Imagine this: Jerry hires the VERY best of the best and let's THEM run the team.

With Jerry's money and his loyalty...who wouldn't want to?

*IF*...he let's THEM do their jobs.

Omg. How do you or any other cowboy fan not know that JERRY IS THE HEAD COACH! It’s so freaking obvious to anyone paying attention!

It's time for Jerry to start a shuffleboard league and have football clueless Stephen manage the finances.

It's fun to pick stuff apart from the booth, but I would like to see Romo actually coach a college team before anything else.
lol.
