Bledsoe threw that pass , he didn't see the defender. HE ,HIM, NO
ONE ELSE. Not the one who called the play, not the coach on the
sideline, not the kicker ....BLEDSOE threw an ill-advised pass.... He could've

thrown it out of bounds, he could've threw it in the dirt, heaven forbid
he could,ve changed the call. Bledsoe cost us that game Enuff SAID:rolleyes:

geez man give it a rest...it was one pass (on a play that shouldnt even have been called, credit for that gaffe must also go to the great Parcells)

no QB is perfect...they all throw a bad pass from time to time...he beats the hell out of anything we've had since Aikman, with those clowns it was basically hold your breath every time the QB dropped back and pray something stupid didnt happen

One bad pass dictates a man's season? He was the NFC's best QB hands down before Flo went down.

What about the Chief's game when he made some unbelievable throws (hitting Witten in the seam, just over the defender's outstretched hands? Or the Philly game when he couldn't miss? Give him Peyton's O-Line and he'd be one of the best QBs in the business hands down. The hate on this board is ridiculous...

And like I said, Brady threw 4 ill-advised passes in the Chiefs game. So if someone's looking for criticism of the Patriots, I say "Brady - Chiefs game - nuff said" and that resembles rational thought?

I think not.

How very narrow, shallow, and short-sighted of you. Not surprising, but still...

Guess what? The defense could have done THEIR job and held the lead. Cortez could have done HIS job and and we wouldn't have had to be throwing either. My aunt COULD have a ***** and she'd be my uncle. Any way you slice it, Bledsoe is not SOLELY responsible for losing us the Seattle game. Because if you take that narrow-minded view, you have to attribute wins like San Diego, Carolina, Kansas City SOLELY to Bledsoe.

And that would just ruin your day, wouldn't it?:D

Owned... Very well said, he's done so much for this team and take into consideration he had Keyshawn Johnson on one other side (its a known fact Keyshawn doesn't get any seperation, and forces QBs to throw dangerous balls in tight spaces). He also had to throw balls while under pressure the entire season, not having the freedom to drop back like Peyton and be able to have a great pocket every pass play. Or what about the fact that we had no running game for the most part, making defenses bring extra men in the box to put Bledsoe under more pressure. This is a no brainer, how can people be upset with someone who turned us into a 9-7 ball club with such a miserable o-line?

We're talking about QBing, or at least i am. You play the cards that
are dealt you. He can't say well the defense didn't do there job.
He was in a game situation and he blew it, hell, i believe he even stood
up and took the heat.
Hell he did win some of them games for us, and that is what he gets paid
to do. You just want to disagree so bad you want to make crap up

narrow-minded my *** :)

Did you forget that the game was TIED!! How can you say Bledsoe alone is to blame for losing that game?? There is no guarantee that we would have won that game without that INT.

Cortez missed the kick that could have iced it. BP called that play. Tell me something, everyone knows BP calls a conservative game... So it's the end of the game, BP calls an aggressive play. And you're blaming Drew for being aggressive in turn?? Puhlease. Drew was probably like "Oh yeah, he's trying to win this thing." Granted he went for too much, but I'm not going to say he threw our entire season away by being to aggressive. There are many other things that led to the fall last season. Blaming Bledsoe for being aggressive is misguided.

Shall I go slower?

He did "blow" it, ultimately.

To pretend that he is the ONLY reason we lost the Seattle game is to be an ostrich.

If we want to play "stick our head in the sand" games, Bledsoe single-handedly won the San Diego, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Kansas City, and Carolina games for us.

5 to 1.

I win.

Thank god. You've saved me from having to watch the actual games this season.

Someone forward this to Parcells. Something tells me he needs to be informed...

owned  your clueless if you think that

now Keyshawn is a subpar receiver. Is that what your inferring?
cause i couldn't disagree more.
He was under pressure because he wants to hold the ball too long,
too often.
Being 7-9 or 8-8 or 9-7 its all .500 to me
THANKS DREW .... but we deserve better
our O-line stunk , injury is part of the game...that's where coaching,
play-calling,trick-plays,prayer, or smoke and mirrors come into play.

we don't need no stinkin' excuses
just RESULTS BABY,just RESULTS

Not when they've spent extensive time in the league. Lord knows Aikman, Montana, and Young NEVER made questionable throws late in their careers.:D

And I'll do my best to counter any posts made on this board that infer that Bledsoe is the second coming of Troy Aikman.

I agree.

I'll counter any "I'd rather have Bledsoe over (insert Pro Bowl QB name here)" threads.
