TNF: Eagles vs Packers

The wild card teams are going to come out of the NFC West and NFC North. Philly loses tonight and they are dead in the water. Everything from here on out will merely be a formality.

A lose tonight would hurt them both in the division race and their overall playoff hopes. A loss hurts the Eagles way more than it would the Packers. The Cowboys still have a chance to beat the Packers and if it were to come down to it, have the tie breaker over them if it comes down to seeding and both have the same record.

Packers mostly killed themselves in the first half with stupid penalties and a turnover. I'm not impressed by Wentz or the Eagles.

I thought the packers had a good defense??

They aren’t bad. Eagles had a huge kick return to about the Packers 30

Then had an illegal kick from Crosby with a roughing the passer tossed in

Then a fumble by Rodgers gave them the ball around the 20

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira sing? What do they do?

Would you have gone for 2 there?
Nope. Failing the 2 point and then Eagles score TD & kick the XP makes it a 2 score game. It’s still a 1 score game now even if the Eagles get a TD unless they go for 2 and make it.

I’m all for the Packers stomping the shize outta Philly in this game, but somewhere in the back of my mind, I’m seeing the Cowboys...in the postseason...facing Rodgers & Co...in Green Bay...in January 2020...in the snow.
:oops::eek:o_O

Agreed. I would never usually go for 2 unless it’s nearing the end of the game and you know you need it.
