Woot! Jets -2 still standingMissed FG would be great right here…
When a game is close at that time , the old adage is never take points off the boardWow.
Absolute bonkers series of events.
The personal foul that gave them a first
Down actually winds up costing them 3 points.
Crazy!
it was a lot worse than that. He was never as quick again.A sprained ankle and surgery to remove bone spurs is not a major injury.
To be fair the game was only close because a Jets decided that instead of a TD he would rather just literally drop the ball outside of the endzone and hand it back to the Texans. When a game is close at that time the old adage is never take points off the board
Congrats Tabascocat! But I still can't stand Rogers! LOLHit me another parlay, Jets -2/U 42.5
True but the point is that it was a close game at that point regardless of whyTo be fair the game was only close because a Jets decided that instead of a TD he would rather just literally drop the ball outside of the endzone and hand it back to the Texans.
It’s a pick your poison for me. I can’t stand the Texans being raised in Houston.Congrats Tabascocat! But I still can't stand Rogers! LOL
I think the story is going to be that Houston is in a lot of trouble. Usually when you see a good team lose to an inferior team its because the good team made a lot of dumb mistakes. However in this case the Jets made all the really dumb mistakes. The aforementioned drop of the ball, TWO personal foul penalties on 4th and 20+, and multiple other just bad penalties. The fact that Houston lost despite that is VERY concerning.True but the point is that it was a close game at that point regardless of why
If they did score a TD though, it would not be talked about.
Going to be interesting if Friday morning sports shows make that decision a topic
he is still pretty young; inconsistency is part of the expectationsStroud is off this game
Didn't like him until he made the medias collective panties wad up with his comment in 2021.Congrats Tabascocat! But I still can't stand Rogers! LOL
The #1 and #2 Wrs being out is certainly a factor as wellI think the story is going to be that Houston is in a lot of trouble. It's for sure a strange twist of fate. Would be funny but also sad to see him finally start a full season but it ends up being for a 6-win teamOh so Tyron can play nine straight games in New york? Interesting.
Their number 2 WR is not coming back though. If they are going to win they are going to have to do it without him.The #1 and #2 Wrs being out is certainly a factor as well
