The roster of critical players contributing turns over from year to year. That is the key to their success. They do not and cannot build a dynasty fromt heir draft. They augment their chances with FA's.

Something Dallas never had to do with in the early nineties until the Cap came into effect and changed free agency.

You can win multiple SBs, but you won't build a classic NFL dynasty. Don't be surprised if the next 3 out of 4 dynasty has unusual elements such as (2) different QBs and (3) different RBs in the run.

Look at Pittsburgh, it won't include Randle El or Bettis in this year's campaign.
