Adam Schefter, of the <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/77/nfl">NFL Network, reports the Philadelphia Eagles must make a decision on WR Terrell Owens by Tuesday, March 14. Owens is due a $5 million roster bonus and it is unlikely a team will trade for him now.
