I don't give a damn about TO sick of his little pouting ways. As for Garrett like him or not he is the HC and it will fall to him to get this team back to winning as he did in 2014 season. I will not make any excuses for Garrett but I will be pulling for him that he can put this past season behind this team and produce a winning team this coming season.

TOol kept in line when he had year to year salaries and could be cut at any time. Jerry screwed up when he finally gave him a large bonus, TOol thought that gave him power over the team.

Well there could be some truth to this, as JG tends to get rid of all those he is not in favor of , or that he is not tight with.
He plays the politic game better than the football game, and now he is head man and has nothing but yes men on the team.
He got rid of CM and the other guy last year, as he didnt care for them, so he could have leaked What TO said about
witten and romo knowing that could lead to getting rid of TO who he didnt care for.

I get the impression that the most important thing to JG is not winning a SB, but keeping his HC job for as long as possible.

I don't share any of these impressions, or see much evidence for believing any of them are the case. But in TOs case, in particular, JG wouldn't have been breaking any new ground in wanting his influence out of the locker room.

Tony, too, wasn't too sad to see TO go, if you remember.

I suppose it's possible the HC leaked the info, but stop to think for a minute how that could possibly serve him well. TO was on his way out already. A reputation for leaking confidential conversations with players only hurts his standing with the rest of the team. Why do it? And why think for a second it's not just TO doing the childish stuff that got him kicked off of all the other professional teams he ever played for?

one one of our own Jason Garrett. Why? because Garrett was a bright pupil under Jimmy
Johnson, His father was a long time scout for the team and he's got a ring

coach Bum Phillips, 13-3 lost in the wild card game, then subsequently goes 1-7 and is
fired Garrett is immediately named HC Jerruh got what he wanted. T.O.? I believe was
railroaded by Stephen who secretly hated the fact. His dad signed him and felt that he
usurped Parcells and like the media believed that was the reason he quit. However I
feel that Parcells wasn't looking for a long term deal. He wanted to help and then get
out of the way as quickly as possible, Well into 60's he didn't want to spend long nights
viewing film, going through reports on players and wasting countless hours on camps
He wanted to be back in NY, Where he could enjoy horse racing at Saratoga and just
living life.

Well idgit, we will never know for sure , but I dont think JG is the angel some think he is.
TO should have been kept until they drafted Dez, regardless of whether team mates liked him or not.
He was productive and defenses had to account for him like they do with dez now.
