Absolutely.Don't forget that Lynch played in 224 games compared to Woodson's 178. But yes, both belong in.
On a per/game basis, their careers are almost overlays

They're trying to get LC Greenwood in there too. Seems to me the Steelers should have never lost a game with 10+ hall of famers on the field.Lynch was a key cog for one of the all-time great defenses. Donnie Shell was the last player to be inducted in the Hall of Fame from the Steel Curtain defense. That was just a few years ago. Most felt he wouldn’t have been inducted into the Hall of Fame had he not been part of those defenses.
Great question!Hall of Fame wideout Terrell Owens can't believe former NFL safety Darren Woodson hasn't yet been enshrined in Canton.
"I'm thinking about a guy like Darren Woodson that's not in the Hall of Fame, but John Lynch is," Owens said to Hall of Fame receiver Andre Reed on Fubo Sports' Getcha Popcorn Ready (h/t Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk). "How in the hell do you quantify that?"
“When I got with the Niners, like I said, I didn’t know anything about no rivalry with the Cowboys and the Niners, I knew nothing about that,” Owens told Reed. “But when it comes to the game plan [it was about where is Woodson]? Granted John Lynch did some great things here and there, but I’m not looking for John [on the field]. I wasn’t. But when I played from my rookie year on, and I played against the Cowboys, I had to identify [where Woodson was]. Just because a guy starts on a defense and he is the No. 1 guy back there in the secondary for that defense, for me overall in totality, that doesn’t mean he’s impacting what I’m going to be doing. Yeah, he has to be accounted for that day because you’re game planning, but I wasn’t scared of No. 47 (Lynch]. And when I was with the Eagles and he was with Denver at the time [shrugs].”

because terrell doesnt get a vote, HOF is politics and popularity. A lot of guys have to wait to get in.Hall of Fame wideout Terrell Owens can't believe former NFL safety Darren Woodson hasn't yet been enshrined in Canton.

My favorite Cowboy from that 90s era.Darren Woodson was a high level S, LB and slot corner. He did more than any safety of his era.
Agree.NFL and media bias.
I began thinking the process was foul about 1980 or 1981, which was a few years into Chuck Howley's eligibility for nomination and possible enshrinement. They put Leroy Butler in before Woodson...that's when I knew something in the process is faulty
