Hostile still cant let the TO hate go. Lets see if anything else has changed. Do you have any love for Dan Bailey? He is about a reliable as a kicker can be.

Definitely belongs in the HOF. No real doubt at that; he was considered one of the very best in the NFL for almost 10 years. That is the main criteria for the HOF.

And I never saw him dog it in a game like Moss has done.

I wonder if they'll cast his bust with tears included?

Well, it's not like they haven't had chances to do so. He's been in the league for a while now.

I think it tells me that he wasn't as bad of a teammate as people point him out to be. Either that or he was one of those people who told the truth, to a fault. Often times those people get caught in drama for doing so, but are often respected because in the end they were at least honest.

What sense would it make for any of his old teammates to comment on this idiot? Some people have class and know keeping their opinions to themselves about people they have worked with in their own heads.

I'm sure plenty of guys he played along side of thought he was fine.
I'm just as sure the others just don't see the point in talking about it, waste of time.

He will become the first person in HOF history to thank himself and only himself.

Did TO tell ESPN he doesn't want to answer questions about Dallas or something? I can't believe how they aren't touching on his stay in Dallas in any of his stops.

The fact is that NOBODY has come forward. Not every player would want to come forward, but for somebody to be so bad and was such a locker room cancer, I would assume ones would come forward. He's not some bit player. He's the guy that ESPN and the media can't get enough of.

The opportunity has been there, but NOBODY has taken the time to come forward. It makes me think he probably wasn't nearly as bad as some people were duped into believing.

Or they've decided to take the high road.

He was a great talent and teams couldn't wait to get rid of him. But Okay.

Agreed. I've said it for years. He's mentally ill and needs help.

I wouldn't say he isn't charismatic though. He seems to influence half of every team he's ruined.
Brandon Marshall suffers from narcissistic personality disorder as well did you all see that weird post game interview he gave after the Packers loss, it was as if he was talking to himself in the third person.

No, the mature thing would be to say I don't care, then listen intently, and proceed to rip him apart.

I hate Kickers.

I don't think he is a bad guy at all. I just don't want to hear him rationalize his acts and blame everyone else.

Exactly. Lets be seriousfor a second. When TO was in Dallas on gameday everybody was screaming about Romo being strictly with eyes on Witten and throwing costly INTs late in games. Then this report came out about with a coach or exec telling a reporter about Owens saying Romo is playing favorites with Witten. Wasnt Owens who brought it out but somebody bringing him out in public. I think that was what took Owens over the hill in Dallas. If i remember correctly i think media thought it was Haley. But you couldnt find a teammate other then probably Romo and witten would ever say anything negative about him. Which they never did but you could tell they didnt like him. The defense was usually the guys who would defend him the most. You have to be respected within your locker room if the defense is defending a WR.

No, I didn't see that. It's just as well.

Hey, can't blame you

Definitely a HOF player, probably first ballot.

Drama Queen...indeed, attention *****...even moreso.

But the guy was a beast...when he had the ball in his hands. (Although he was a pretty good blocker also)

I know I never wanted him to play for the Commanders with the cycle of QB's and coaches they had... but I fully understand why other teams wanted him.

The guy plays hungry. With passion/fire.

He is far from perfect. But you build that D with the weapons in place (on offense), build that OLine...

That's a tough team to face. Even though he would only be a slot guy at this point.

There are many different aspects to this I think. The posts cover the gamut, but its not one thing by itself. In the interview he shows why he's had trouble at every stop. He justifies some of his statements by saying "someone asked me." It goes beyond being too honest. Some of his truth is completely inappropriate. The stuff with Mariucci, Garcia, McNabb was all excused by TO today claiming "someone asked me". Good grief, you have to be more mature than that.

Narcisstic? Absolutely. Naiive? Yes. Well intentioned many times? Yes. Foolishly immature? Yes. Charming & charasmatic? Yes. Good guy? Yes. Bad guy? Yes. The list goes on and on.

I actually like TO and even I agree with this.

I know some of it was blown up by the media but he acts like he never did anything wrong.
