Just got back from the first practice.

It was in shorts and helmet, and really not very exciting. The practice in my opinion was at a much faster pace, and the players seemed to know exactly what to do at all times.

TO was all over the place including practicing returning kicks with Thompson, Rector and Stanback, (Stanback was just watching). I doubt he does it in a real game, but he was out there.

Romo was on target most of the practice, and his only misses, I think came when the recievers took to long out of there breaks, #13, #18, and Austin. Romo threw one that should have been intercepted by Henry, and Roy made Henry do pushups for dropping the pass. On the very next play, TO ran by Henry, who had good coverage, on a beautiful bomb thrown by Romo. It was a great catch past the outstretched hands of Henry.

TO went to the seconday guys after the catch and joked around with them. DC Stewart came up to TO and seemed to be asking him how he got away from the bump and run from Henry. TO seemed to be explaing it to Stewart the Wade came over and chatted with TO for a while, congratulating him.

TO and the whole team seemed to be alot loser with each other. The atmosphere was much different than the TC's I have been to in the past.

More come later................I will also post some pics.

I am work and need to take care of a few things.

thanks for the post.. needless to say, i am jealous. looking forward to seeing the pics.

Nice report, can't wait to hear more after work

in fact tell your job to... wait nvm... not all of us is young like me :D

good report, T.O. can do it all - we should let him play QB and pass to himself :lmao:

Oh, this is good stuff. Real football talk. Not that fake police blotter stuff we've been living on.

Nice to hear TO is talking to all of his teammates. Hopefully, ESPN will not blow up TO did this and TO did that.

A few more notes, Carpentar and Burnett look bigger and both ran second team. I did not have a roster to look at, which in a way was good. But I did notice that the starting LB was number Ware and #50 on the outside, and Bradie and #51 on the inside. I think I heard that Ayodele switched to 51, but I don't know who 50 is.

Other so note, #34 is huge, he is a full back, and he is a human demolition ball. Number 32, a RB looks to be really quick, and big. He caught my eye. And as for Hoyte being a surprise cut, forget it. He is running first string at FB and sharing time only with Fasano.

Number 70, Davis I think, is huge. He is bigger than Flo. Flo and columbo came out on the asthma field. Flo with a heavy brace, Columbo without.

I hope Romo stays healthy or you won't see a pass longer than 20 yards. I did not see a pass longer than 20 yards from anyone other than Romo. Johnson is shot, he has a noodle arm. #16 and #4 or 5 have zip but did not throw any long passes.

more later........

Could you imagine T.O. doing a kickoff return? Instead of just catching passes with his brand new finger...just let him catch the kick and see if can take a hit?

I bet he can, maybe? Hmmm.....use the players strengths? ;)

Yes, Wade was so refreshing vs how BP treated everyone.......I just hope this nice stuff works out
