A Pair of DE's is really all you need on defense and they can make a bunch of average guys better and a bunch of really good players looks incredible.


If you want a small glimmer of hope... We may get Randy Gregory back in 4 games and we will get Demarcus Lawrence back after 4 games.

they are exactly the same player although Jones can probably play CB and Ramsey can't.

Well, if you say so after watching couple highlight videos... I guess the professional GMs, coaches and scouts who suggest otherwise were all wrong.

You can't draft based on need alone in that range, IMO. The pick was about our defense over the next 7 seasons or so, not the first 4 weeks of the first season.

New York would have stacked the box last night EE or not.

Also Morris in limited carries looked good. Oh and we could have signed Lamar Miller for half the guaranteed money we gave Zeke and kept our 4th overall pick for defense.

RB is the most fungible position in the game. We made the wrong decision. What I hope for now is that Zeke becomes all world and our selection works for us in spite of our own self sabotaging efforts.

Agreed, EE was a luxury pick we could not afford, when Morris was signed and the D we had assembled at that point.

EE is now a Cowboy so will root for him like crazy, but it was not what should have been done.
