Ehhh 13 defensive backs seems like complete overkill even is one assumes Bell is kind of a hybrid LB.

I see what other see. 4 LBs is cutting in really close. Maybe they think they can sneak Cox onto the practice squad. They can have 6 players with unlimited experience on the practice squad, and they can protect 4 practice squad players every week. So they can go light on a particular position then hope to carry some depth on the practice squad. Maybe the do the same with Bohanna and a TE.

The trick is to avoid exposing player who will be claimed by other teams before they can be put on the practice squad.

i can definitely see this happening but personally, Gallimore I would replace with a LB of the waiver wire and I would sub Luepke for McKeon.

I could see a player or two added after cuts. Which would change the 53.

Only 3 LBs is asking for trouble. You can list Parsons as LB but if he has to play LB due to injury, it takes away from his best ability, rushing the QB.

There is no doubt that your point is valid. On the other hand this will obviously not be the final roster. They will need help at LB after the cut to 53 and we shuffle players to IR, etc.
