What the?... Just what we need right now.

KC fired Tim Krumrie recently... How about him.

Is he the guy who's helped coach Glenn Dorsey to epic bust status?

Maybe he just forgot to change it, but the backlash should be a reminder.:laugh2:

Nope ..... he has stated

" I will continue to doubt him until he establishes a history of not choking when it matters".

In other words ..... he has to win multiple Super Bowls for this "fan" to admit he was wrong.

The guy is a complete joke.

Yep, I'm sure it's all Krumrie's fault that Dorsey was way overrated and doesn't fit that defense.

Not saying its all his fault.

But the guy was extremely talented coming out and was abig time player at a big time SEC school.

It is too bad Wayne Nunnely is tied up in Denver. He did a great job with some fairly average talent there this past season.

Ig Grantham is leaving, I'm sure Wade wont have any problems finding a suitable replacement. The guys a tremendous defensive coach and has been around the league forever.

I'm not overly worried, but Grantham has done an excellent job here with our DL's.

He also has ties to Wade. He could be given a title of Assistant DC and it is not a lateral move. He is one of the 2 coaches I was hoping came with Wade. The other was John Pagano. I do like Herring a lot though.

The Bulldogs DC position is not a lateral move for Grantham. He will regret this move if he wants to be a DC in the pro's again.
I agree. It is a bit of a strange career choice. But there is one thing about Grantham that might impact his future prospects in that regard anyways. According to some, he sabotaged Romeo Crennel in Cleveland and was aiming for his job.

I am just happy it wasn't Bud Foster. Richt made a pretty serious offer to Bud before they moved onto Bama's DC and now Grantham. But at-least it got Bud a new annuity added to his contract.

It would be a coup if he could be secured. I have a feeling that we will need a stronger position coach there simply due to the fact we might have a few rookies there next season if Spears leaves. Jeffcoat does not excite me.

I doubt we will lose Spears but Hatcher and Bowen are also FAs so it is likely we lose at least one if not both of them if they can get shots as starters. That is why my mock drafts have been looking at 3-4 DEs lately.

Going from being the defensive line coach at the University of Houston, to d-line coach of the Dallas Cowboys, is not a lateral move. I do think I'd like Jim Jeffcoat though. Tough player, with super bowl rings demands respect

With a CBA extension, yeah I'd say they're gone, but as things look now, I doubt anyone gives up draft choices for either.

I must have missed where anyone said it was. This comment seems rather random.

I would only worry about losing Bowen, who has been a very efficient wave player. Hatcher, not so much. Regardless, I do not think someone is going to shell out the choices to sign them as you described.

Nor do I because I kind of doubt we would put tender offers on them. I could be wrong though. I was on Procter getting one of those.
