I will never understand relying on Brandon Weeden should a physically breaking down Romo miss time. I can understand signing him for a look, but can't understand not throwing up in your mouth once you get that look.

I wouldn't argue that point for a minute but the defense was very hamstrung without Gregory and Mincey as well.

I think Linehan also failed at the end because he didn't allow Weeden the opportunity to go downfield to catch up.

We're not gonna win. We're missing our best players at every positional group on both sides of the ball. I'm not surprised. I was saying this all week in the countless "we're going 8-0" threads. Given how bad the division is and that Romo will likely miss 8 games, we need to win 3 of those games to still have a shot at the playoffs. Next week against a bad Saints team without Brees and in a month against the Bucs are must wins. We're not winning against the Pats and Hawks so don't get your hopes up. And we're not winning most the other games. I'll start to panic if we can't beat the Saints.

Which is why I said it was a TEAM loss. Even when we had the ball, we made no adjustments to the Falcons putting 8 in the box, didn't run the ball effectively, dropped passes and couldn't get past the first down marker. The whole team is responsible for that loss. From the coaching down.
