If you are making it either/or, I would reluctantly go with Cable. He was just fired by the Seahawks! Good fit? What say you? I would love to have him over Columbo.
I see your point, but we don't have any more time to waste.I like Cable. But I would rather go with Colombo. Like to see if he's got what it takes to move up the ranks
They tried to get by with "coaching up" undrafted free agents after missing on draft picks (late 1st, 2nd and 3rd rounders).Ok, if he's great, why is the SeaHawks O-line considered to be so bad? Poor talent? Drafting? Can we at least verify that Pollard is leaving before we start to pick successors. This guys name wouldn't be top on my list but that's just based on the quality of the Seattle's O-line. May have nothing to do with him as a coach at all. Or maybe it does. Buyer beware
We Don't? We have a young QB and if he's gonna be the one we have time. If he's not the one we have timeI see your point, but we don't have any more time to waste.

It was a lot like how Dallas went through a phase where they expected Hudson Houck to make miracles with undrafted free agents, meanwhile blowing picks on bad players. Biggest difference is the Seahawks went to two Super Bowls doing that, Dallas struggled to hit .500 most of the time.
Absolutely not. I’d rather have kellen moore as our oline coach
I don't see the fall off of the OL as coaching.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_LinehanFellow NFL head coach Tom Cable and ESPN analyst (and former NFL player) Mark Schlereth both blocked for Linehan during his college career at Idaho.
Wasn’t he the HC of the raiders?
