Tonight is the defining moment in this season

Defining? We're defining how mediocre we are.

We can try and rationalize and say it's only one game but it is the game we all know that if we want to ever get any further we are going to have to go through this 49er team

A win tonight and confidence will abound everybody will be playing above their heads from here on out in my opinion and have the faith that we can go further then last year.

That said a loss will be devastating there will be no confidence in the locker room no hope that we can ever reach an NFC championship and get to a super bowl if we get punched in the mouth again because no one steps up I think we are destined to just spiral down to the end of the season.

My question now is who wants it bad enough to put on the cape step up be equal to the task and make it happen.

Someone needs to distinguish themselves as the leader of this team in situations like this by playing real big in a big game to give everyone else confidence just not sure who it will be.

If disaster strikes and we get blown out I could see guys packing it in I don't believe all the rhetoric of we're sticking together and it's just one game their agents will all tell them you're going nowhere this year protect yourself and business decisions will be made.

I'm hoping for a change for someone to step up and play above their head tired of this team getting kicked around
Yep sure was

I would literally fire Dan Quinn. Nobody cares if you embarrass Zach Wilson or Daniel Jones, you're being paid like a head coach for this game and this could not be a worse performance.

Defined, changes needed. QB and a beast RB if they still make those.

The D was a convoluted mess tonight. Players didn't even appear to know where they were supposed to be. No WRs in the NFL should be consistently this wide open.

No it's not, it's just another example of how bad the Arkansas hillbillies are at running a team

I stand by my original prediction tonight was a defining moment in the season.

We have prove positive that as of this time we are not in the same category with San Francisco or the eagles for that matter.

We have not made progress to go further in the playoffs we will be very lucky to make the playoffs.

Yep, the 49ers totally own the Cowboys now.

I really dont know how the Cowboys bounce back from this, knowing that they dont even belong on the same field as the 49ers.

Maybe beating up on the hapless Chargers will make them feel better about themselves, of course that is assuming they even win because even that game is looking iffy now.

The Cowboys, unlike many CZ posters, aren’t going to give up like you say if the lose. Only CZ haters will be giving up.
I dont know about that Rocky, looked like plenty of Cowboys quit against the 49ers.

I guess they finally got tired of getting their arse kicked up and down the field all night.

The defense has collapsed without Diggs. I don’t know if it’s a bad game plan or psychological or both but they aren’t even competitive.

“Tonight is the defining moment in this season.”

Unless it isn’t.

I’m 1996, the Cowboys once again beat the Green Bay Packers. The Brett Fabre led Packers never once beat the Cowboys, going 0-9 against them. Reggie White, the all-time greatest NFL pass rusher, was again held in check by Erik Williams. The loss to the Cowboys was devastating - except it wasn’t.

The Packers went in to win the Super Bowl that season. The Cowboys lost in the playoffs to the Carolina Panthers, and haven’t been back to the NFC Championship since then.
They didn’t? I seem to remember the Packers donkey stomping them 45-17 in 1997, sending them into the tailspin that led to the 5-11 years.

San Francisco is just that better than the Dallas Cowboys. If they played ten times, Dallas would lose every single game. No toughness, no discipline, no effort = No chance

I adjusted my expectations a long time ago to just making the playoffs being the ceiling for this team.

At this point the eagles are so strong that I'm not even sure we can make the playoffs this year.
The cowboys now are aware that they have no chance of getting past the 49ers even if they make the playoffs it looked like in the game that some players had packed it in I predict that's what's going to happen with some of them for the rest of the season they will protect their careers so that they can get paid as they know there is no chance to get to a super bowl

I said a few days back I thought they could win one out of the ten. I was wrong.

That crash you heard was our window slamming shut.
And we haven't even played the eagles yet that window is going to be screwed closed with deck screws going in from all corners at that point I am a feared
