puh-lease.

both are far better contributors than most teams have in those roles (FB in a FB-lite offense, 3rd TE).

Cricket is the reason Romo has a broken pinky.

He's crazy and aggressive, but he's overrated by most people here (surprise surprise).

I think fans fall in love with a guy that has a story like Anderson. There was a reason he was drafted where he was.

Oh goody, more premature evaluation.

The whole O-line needs to be cut. Did you see them on that one play?

When these guys stop making unforgiveable mistakes!

so your solution to every problem is to release or cut players?

Interesting.

I didnt realize this team was so good that we didnt need curtis and anderson.

Maybe you should watch a little more closely and for a longer time and realize guys make mistakes, its athletics.

Stay tuned. I bet in each game tomorrow a bunch of guys make mistakes.

Wow-when Cricket missed those 2 games, pretty much everyone on here was in agreement how he was SORELY missed on offense, alot like he was last year in the 2nd half.

So now everyone wants to cut him b/c he made one bad play? Besides-Romo was hit 19 times...I'm surprised he even made it out of the desert alive.

Yeah no player ever improves and always makes the same mistakes over and over again. So what you're suggesting is cut people who made a mistake and bring in someone else who doesnt know the system and would/could make the same mistake?

I did like Parcells way of churning the bottom of the roster, but I think cutting player over one game is a bit harsh. They have contributed to wins before in the past, and no reason to think they wont do it again.

you cant cut players due to one error, thats how the players learn, but they must learn and not make the same mistake over and over, thats the biggest issue,

and i truly think that problems lies with the coaching of special teams coach read, his sytem, the players arent buying into it, and implementing it,

now whom is at fault of that, i dont know, whether its the players or special teams coach, but when your head coach has to put 3-4 other assistant coaches on the special teams to coach them up, something is wrong,

thats the biggest issue to me, and it points back to wade phillips

Deon Anderson is an average to below average lead blocker. He doesn't get much pop or movement when he hits the LOS, lots of times clogging the gap he supposed to clear. And he has blown blocking assignment's in the passing game earlier this season, not just that one in AZ. That's not just ONE mistake, that is a pattern. A pattern of mediocrity.

Not suggesting cutting him, especially not now, when the ST is in shambles. One thing Anderson is above average in, is ST. But getting someone to compete w/him in the offseason is a necessity. Curtis actually looked good as a lead blocker and pass protector in the GB game, but sucked against Wash. Curtis not only got stoned at the line, he was shoved into the backfield. Also saw him get body slammed by Eagle WILL backer, Omar Gaither. Curtis is 260, no way he should be so soft.

But I am on board to cut Justin Rogers now. He is not a OLB, can't pass rush worth a dang and is as tissue strong as Carp against the run. And now he sucks on ST to boot. Bring in a hungrier guy who can lay a lick / block a body like his life depended on it. There are guys on a few PS who would love a place on any team's roster, never mind one of the greatest franchises of the NFL making a run at the SB. Still say a sacrifice is needed to shock this team of primadonnas.

No. First of all it's not a broken pinkie. And Anderson is not the reason for his broken hand. He's not crazy but he is aggressive at times. He's played less than a half a season. He's not overrated by most people here. He's a young player from a non big time program learning to play in the NFL.

Not everyone wants to cut him but I agree some do. Which is bewildering. We lose and it's fire Wade, fire up the OL, he sucks and a myriad of other absurd statements.

1. Yes it is a broken pinky.

2. Yes, it is Anderson's fault (he blocked flozell knocking him off his man, the man who got to romo on the play where he broke his hand).

3. He ate a freakin' cricket. Yes, he is crazy.

4. Yes, some people here have already complared him to Moose. If that's not overrating him, then I don't know what is.

You know Jack! What round did Bennett get drafted? Second! Tony Curtis? Undrafted! Deion Anderson? Six round. You can't tell me Bennett isn't better than Curtis. And you can't tell me that they can't line Bennett or Witten more often at the H-back position. There is a reason for the dying breed that is the Fullback! Get real!
