We all by now have watched Pollards tape. He knows what to do, it’s up to him to learn the playbook.

I looked up their restaurant and it looks like a nice mom and pop type bbq joint.....they even have bbq bologna which you can only find in these types of restaurants....I would have to try a 1/2 slab of the ribs too.......it would be on my "to try" list if I was ever in Memphis.

Yea, I vaguely remember that episode. I don’t think it was a disgusting, roach infested type of place but a ‘they have no idea what their doing’ thing.
