Romo is more playmaker than Staubach or Aikman combined. Blaspheme? Some of you will definitely say yes, but you would be wrong. Romo has done stuff Aikman would have never been able to do. While Romo isn't perfect, but he has far more "how'd he do that" awe inspiring plays throughout his career than any other Cowboys player in history. Then he follows that up by being a Roger Staubach type of class act.

I don't see why fans have to prop up current players while also knocking down past players (or vice versa). How about we just appreciate that player for who he is and what he is. He's Tony Romo, and that's not a bad thing.

I wish I was old enough to have seen Rodger. I'm too young to really remember Aikman. Maybe it's why I defenend Romo to death, because he's the only successful qb I know as a Cowboys fan. But, I do believe he's got HOF numbers already, and I do believe he gets a ring. I think he'll be one of those guys who makes the HOF but it takes a bunch of tries
