I think that's the issue, that they won't clear him because of what could happen beyond the current injury.

If that is an issue, he should not be cleared. Period.

I think you're underestimating how much it will lift the rest of the team. Likely the crowd too. That place will erupt when Romo's name gets called.

I think he will play after he gets his shots. Romo is as tough as they come and will play. He is by far our best shot to win but they need to help him out and run run run.....

I have no doubt in my mind that he's going to do everything, and look at every possibly option, to be able to play Sunday. I have never doubted this man, I'm as big a fan and supporter of Romo as anyone, and I especially have never and would never question his toughness and desire to win and give everything he has for himself and his teammates.

It's things like this that really make me wonder why people question this guys leadership and can't stand him. I just don't get it and I probably never will and I honestly am at the point to where I really don't even want to understand it or discuss it with anyone anymore. It just makes zero sense to me. The guy is a ball player and a damn good one at that.

All that said I'd be pretty shocked if he was able to play Sunday. I just don't think it's going to happen. It's just too much to hope for. I'd love to see it though.

I'm not the biggest fan of his production and all but I don't care if you are classified as a Romo hater or supporter but no one can deny the man is tough as nails. He proved that in the SF game 2 years ago when he came back and playing through the pain the other day against the Skins to lead us to the win.

If he can find a way to play and is cleared, he will.

But in this day in age in the NFL and how strict they are with the lawsuits and the new CBA, they are not as lax as they used to be with injuries.
