Exactly. Jerry has failed miserably in building a team around Romo. Granted, he has had injury issues but he has screwed up so many drafts. Got a subpar coach in here that does nothing to develop players. It's an endless cycle of drafting/signing players to fix past mistakes instead of building a team. Romo has never ever had a good defense here like Wilson and Manning has had. He pretty much sets him up to fail because Romo is not only asked to lead the offense but make up for the terrible defenses he has. It's hard to do that consistently.
It will be the same this year because Jerry has invested in head cases and guys on defense who are not focused on playing football.
Romo is good enough to have more success in terms of winning than what he has.
