Bill left us a SB contending team and Jerry blew it by hiring Wade Phillips as HC. 2007 the most disappointing Cowboy team I can remember.

And Garrett before even hiring the HC.That team was ready to take off but Jerry was having none of that. Just another complete disaster within a few short years.
