BTB had a decent Q&A where they talked about returning players and some roster moves. Maybe there are some low-end guys that could be traded away? Even if it’s just for conditional draft picks?

So what happens after Collins and Gallup come back? As good as Terrance Steel and Cedrick Wilson are playing right now the Cowboys might want to consider moving on from L'el Collins and Michael Gallup. You could get some really good players for these guys or even better a couple of really high draft picks. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the Cowboys pull off a move for one or even both of these guys.

Its going to be a long season...this offseason absolutley look at everything but right now....keep your pieces in case of emergency

Oh good lord, thanks for reminding me of that.

Two things. They considered Williams a #1 receiver, something nobody thinks about Gallup.* And that and the Galloway trade are widely derided as the worst trades in Cowboys history.

As I said in another post, maybe you can find a really dumb team to trade with, but O'Brien isn't running Houston anymore, so it seems pretty unlikely.

*I'm not saying Williams was better than Gallup, I'm saying he had a #1 rep and Gallup doesn't.
We did, but he wasn't universally considered a #1 type. I certainly did not believe he was.

I have seen nothing from Steele or Wilson that shows me in anyway they are better than Gallup or Collins. If all 4 players were free agents I promise you Gallup & Collins would be offered way bigger contracts than what Steele & Wilson would get

Its like people forget how good Gallup has been & Collins
