Trade Dalton Schultz

Fron my understanding he wanted to show dallas his value but the rookies stepped in and out played him

Yeah. A combined six catches for 63 yards is freaking epic!!!

The rooks have done nothing.

Watch the games.

Yeah I don't think people are talking about catches when discussing the rookie TEs. They're talking about their blocking. The kids have been killin it.. I don't think it's a coincidence that the outside run game disappeared the minute Schultz returned to the lineup..

I can’t see anybody trading for Schultz. He is not physical enough at the point of attack for a TE and he is coming off an injury. I think there are free agents out there who are at the very least just as good as Schultz…no need to trade for the guy. I hope they don’t sign this guy long term: we appear to have a couple of young TEs with some promise.

Trade? For what? He's JAG.

A lot of teams can get a Shultz in the draft at or after Round 3.

That doesn't means he's awful, just silly to think he has trade value.

Yeah let's disregard our 3-1 record and give up an offensive weapon.......Do people think before writing?

You will get just as much for him by letting him go in Free Agency and getting a comp pick by some team that will overpay him.

I would trade Schultz to some team looking for a pass catching TE. Schultz doesn't block well enough to play TE in the NFL. I've never seen a TE than can't block as well as a slot WR, but I'd rather have CeeDee blocking than Schultz.

Now that the Cowboys have a few nice rookie options that can block much better and still provide an option in the passing game, I'd attempt to get a 3rd or 4th round pick for Schultz.
I approve of this message.
I actually suggested this in another thread.
He has no future here and is a progress stopper.
Let's see what the rooks can do.
At least they can block.

They will be lucky to get peanuts for schultz

we aren’t that efficient[/QUOTE]
Our front office would need to run him down in the media first.

Only if we can block them from seeing this game first.

Man, it was brutal. I don't know who gives up anything of significance for that game tape.

Schultz is so over rated

Just let another team sign him in the off-season. We get a compensatory pick. I believe we got him in the 4th round out of Stanford several years ago.

Yeah. Blocking TEs. That produces wins

I watched him make zero catches today and cough up a costly fumble a few weeks ago. Also a clown in the run game.

Dudes a JAG.

Yeah. Any TE is gonna go 63 catches and then 78.

Go watch some games and get back to me to say you had no clue

We’re winning games and fans want to trade starting players. Regardless of what you think of Dalton Schultz he’s going to be needed going forward this season. We can’t just leave ourselves with inexperienced players at a key position heading into November and December.
