Well, I think he's getting sacked after the season anyway. But how much input will Jerry give the players on the next coaching choice?
I get that but why not now why do we have to wait 'cause you know what the more Jerry has time to think about it he could bring this clown back he can make excuses about injuries and all that other nonsense I want it done now so there's nothing to guess you remember we had to wait till like midnight on the last day of garrett's contract the dude still wouldn't leave the building he sat and consulted what exit interviews and all that when he should have just been ran off a long time before that let's not leave anything to chance fire him now and let's move on

I mean, whenever Mike gets sacked, who's replacing him midseason? If what Micah said is a sentiment felt around the locker room, maybe our players can team up with us fans to make it clear to Jerry we're unhappy with how things are being run.

Him next too overshown in the future can be really special. Having a healthy Diggs and bland also. Having a top 10 pick next year will go along way too next year.. those DTs looking nasty In this draft. Hell mason Graham on this line.. yes he’s from Michigan but boy is different. He actually has quickness off the snap
Man I was looking at DT's but then I seen a Michigan DT as the top guy and was like nah we wasted enough 1st rounders on Michigan bust DT's lol But I do like DT's that have a high motor and is relentless so maybe he will break our curse lol

"You want to win games and do great things with those type of legends who put in more time and work than Mike McCarthy ever did. So those are the kind of guys that I have so much sympathy and hurt for."

How does Parsons know how much time MM put into his coaching career? McCarthy isn't some NFL royalty, gifted a job due to his dad(not that Martin was either).
He earned/worked his way through the ranks as an outsider.
While his job isn't physical as the players are, you can't tell me a guy who made it as a Head coach hasn't busted his *** mentally working long hours day in and day out getting to where he is now.
Just a dumb comment.

Do I want him traded? No. Do I dislike him now? No. Do I think he should have thought about it more before throwing shade to his coach for an example that didn't need it? Yea
You are CHOOSING to take it the worst possible way and putting context on it you have no idea Micah meant to infer.

It’s not difficult to look at it the other way and see that he’s saying that McCarthy can go get a job somewhere else to have an opportunity to win (I guess that part probably isn’t true). Meanwhile, a guy like Zack Martin who has put his body on the line playing his entire career for the Cowboys won’t get another chance to win.

Mike Zimmer becomes head coach in tarum no promises schottenheimer takes his place at OC and let al Harris do a little bit more on defense why not what the hell do we got to lose I don't want Mike McCarty here anymore I'm done he has literally worn out the welcome thus waiting on that super WCO hybrid old style Cowboys offense never came it never happened I've never seen play calling this lame seriously I don't remember a time that I can look at half a season worth of play calling and you just take the big picture and go that's just the worst stuff i've ever seen.. I'm ranting now I don't really care what happens but I'll tell you right now I'm angry and the best thing I can hear is by Wednesday morning Mike McCarthy is demoted or fired at least that's something we need something i need something i'm ranting and i'm....edgehammer and go break some **** lol.

I took it that way as well everyone twists everything around it doesn't matter it's the way they wanna hear it... They wanna be mad at Micah Parsons but Micah Parsons never really meant ill will towards the coaching staff but I wish he would've I mean even if that was his intent somebody needs to speak up this is garbage the schemes the play calling the game plans the adjustments game management all of it is horrible and in itself that is what Micah Parsons says he feels bad so it was a sideways swipe I mean but you know what 2 weeks ago I'm pretty sure Jerry Jones said something very similar about the scheme in the play calling on how it wouldn't even fit some of the stars like Henry and all that everyone can take that for whatever they want but someone needs to speak up the fans are in here ranting and venting and are angry but that's not getting back to Jerry you wanna get to the front office you say it in public you let the superstar speak for us and I'm all for it even though I agree with you that wasn't his intent it needs to be the intent

I’d like to see him have a chance to compete so I’d probably trade him for the right offer.

As good as he is as a player and a talent, I take massive issue with what he said yesterday post game. I understand that a lot of us have issues with Mike McCarthy. I understand that he's a walking sack after this season. Frankly, I think McCarthy can't wait to leave Dallas, and, with the way Micah buried him, I can't blame him. I dread when we have to next play against McCarthy because he's going to remember what Parsons said. Additionally, what Parsons said is incredibly toxic and can destroy a locker room. It's one thing to say it behind closed doors, but to say it to the media, absolutely ridiculous and shows the toxicity of the locker room. If anyone knows what a coach's day is like, McCarthy probably does put in a massive amount of work, and what more is he supposed to do with how bad this roster was constructed? The person most at fault for this roster is Jerry. If Micah wants someone to blame besides himself, that's where it should be. However, he never would say that.

To me, we must trade Parsons after the season. We can probably get multiple high picks including a first and maybe an extra first plus more picks. We need to start cleaning house.

Or, if we don't trade him, I hope we get a coach that never lets him get away with a statement like that to the media. I hope McCarthy reams him on Wednesday in practice for it and tells him if he has a problem, bring it to him directly.
Damn straight. !

Lol, I'm okay with that, but it probably won't add more wins for this season.

Nah, the bolded part is pretty obvious to me. Not questioning the part about McM possibly getting another chance while Martin will hang it up.
"who put in more time and work than Mike McCarthy ever did"
That's his words, not some ESPN take on it.

That's calling out his coaching for no reason. Not like Martin and MM are in a feud splitting the locker room.
Mike has been in the coaching ranks from a graduate assistant in 1987 and working a toll booth to getting chances and working his way up in the NFL. QB coach, OC in muliple spots etc,
I may not be a fan of MM, but it was a dumb comment by Micah commenting and comparing "time and work". Nothing good will come from that this year.

Agree to disagree here.

Only if we can get a big haul. This was a post that I wrote just out of frustration for what I heard following the game. Plus, I'm not sure if Mike is a quitter. I just don't really know what else Mike can do with this team?

He's a lameduck, he knows he won't be back. He completely lost this team during the NO game. Jerry put him in a no win situation....MM stayed for the cash and it shows. I don't blame him for that, but it's easy to see he threw in the towel. No fire, no motivation, no ripping players or staff....nothing.

I mean, which is why I say that Parsons frustration should be towards Jerry, but he for obvious reasons won't do that. But, to me, unless this is something he'd addressed with Mike on multiple occasions behind closed doors, I think this comment should be kept behind closed doors or, if he must say it, kept on his podcast where he can explain exactly what he means.
