Video: Training Camp: Dak working on accuracy

some silly stuff in here, saw Mahomes throwing into the net yesterday ...Damn scrub why does he need practice!

Meh. Every QB does this every year. It’s just part of practice. Just like every NBA shooter practices shots on the court and looks like they can’t miss. They’re professionals and can do that when there is no pressure. Obviously it’s a different pressure in games when things mean something, in the regular season and even more so come playoffs.

I always felt Dak had very good mid-range accuracy. His long ball seems problematic, and his short throws frequently sail high. Just my observation. I have no idea how to consider stats for such a thing, nor do I want to spend time looking.

It's not that I'm replying to the whole thread you do realize this is public right we're not in some chat room you and I talking so when I'm reading your stuff and everyone else is I'm posting a full comment on how I feel about this....
A full comment? You are posting a novel, all the time. lmao.

I sure would really ask you a serious question, like how is the weather, you would write a 36 page post telling everyone the sky is clear.

Sounds like something Troy Aikman would say…
Both Troy and Jimmy have both said this. I would say it's probably true most of the time, but every now then there will be exceptions.

I don't think Dak is the exception...Tom House or no.

Normally, I would edit a thread title to match what the (in this instance) original video has. The YouTube video's title is 'splash'. That is pretty nondescript.

Plus, it is an accuracy drill any quarterback can do. Prescott was doing the drill. And it is happening during training camp.

Just my opinion but I believe the thread title is appropriate in this particular case. Additionally, I believe the thread would receive the same criticisms if its title had been 'splash'. lol.

All it takes is the words Dak and accuracy and it will attract the haters frothing at the mouth. This thread is proof.

What’s the politically correct word to use for haters then? Since it’s hurting so many’s feelings poor things.

And why do you never come down on those that use Homer all the time? Hmmm, interesting.

We are starved for content and I thought this was cool from today...

Despite the doubters claiming that you have accuracy or you don't, Dak *did* significantly improve his accuracy through his career.
Not feeling the energy to dig up the PFR advanced accuracy stats, but they got significantly better, and just by eyeball his deep balls in particular have gotten better. Dak used to overthrow deep routinely, and just plain miss guys randomly on other routes. He's just better.
