That's was going to be my question. He was suspended in week 14 of the 2011 season for violating the substance abuse policy. The next violation is supposed to be a 10 game suspension. I know with a certain number of clean years you come out of the program but I though that was 5 years. It hasn't been a full 5 years at this point.

Yeah Huff is screwed. Not only is it a mandatory year in jail in the state of New Jersey but they found hollow point bullets in the gun. That's another serious charge.
