i didn't think you could appeal substance abuse policy, seems pretty cut and dry.. you either fail or pass your drug test
Lane Johnson did and played a few games before the suspension set in.

I remember when Skin fans told me Trent was better than Tyron. Its not even close. On and off the field.

You really don't have a clue what you're talking about.

The off the field distances it quite a bit, considering he's a pop away from 10 games now. On the field, I'd say they were both top 5 guys. Joe Thomas is usually regarded as the best, and there's a handful of guys that were competing for 2-5. Tyron Smith, Trent Williams, Joe Staley and Jason Peters were typically the guys that were in the discussion. But Trent Williams has not outplayed Tyron Smith since 2012, when Washington ran the read option. From 2013-2016, Tyron has been the better player, not to mention Tyron was 24 when he made his first of three (soon to be 4) consecutive first team all pro nods, and Trent was 24 when he had his best season in 2012, which did not result in an all pro nod (could argue he was better in 2015 vs 2012, based on it being a traditional offense).

At no point did I say Trent was better than Tyron. What I disagreed with was the notion that Trent and Tyron "weren't even close" on the field, proposed by your resident village idiot. I see from your comments you also understand that isn't true.

Off the field, Trent is a big dummy who keeps getting in trouble. With his increasing knee issues, and the fact that Ty Nsekhe is actually pretty good. If Nsekhe impresses in this four game stretch Trent might be looking for a new home next season. As good as he is, no team is going to feel comfortable with a guy skips out on drug tests and could potentially be done for the majority of a season.

Whoa he's only 28? Weird, I guess I always pictured him as a vet in his early 30s cause he's been dominant for so long, and the knee issues

I think you're way off on Nsekhe, he's a journeyman back up OT at best who will only be fine in limited action, ie relief duty like he did earlier this season and his two starts that were spread out last season. I think you'll definitely see Minnesota game plan and attack him and while it may not be as bad as Halapoulivaati Vaital was filling in for Lane Johnson, I think the run game and pass game suffers big time.
