The Commanders can actually score points, which is pretty important. Minn's D was overrated by pundits, plain and simple.

That's was going to be my question. He was suspended in week 14 of the 2011 season for violating the substance abuse policy. The next violation is supposed to be a 10 game suspension. I know with a certain number of clean years you come out of the program but I though that was 5 years. It hasn't been a full 5 years at this point.

It is 2 years clean and you are reset back to zero

But to get 4 games means that he has failed multiple tests recently to get back to this level
Generally it is first fail=in the program, stepped up testing for 90 days
2nd fail= 2 game fine
3rd fail= 4 game fine
4th fail= 4 game suspension
