Right. Sure my house is worth a lot more but that also means everyone else's is too. I really feel bad for people who bought houses a year or so ago. Boy I'd be sweating every day. Maybe the housing market stays steady and I'm wrong on this but I know of people who paid $350 for a house that is worth no more then $200. Sketchy.

It has gotten to the point where it's ridiculous. Just like 3 years ago my house was selling for just over 300. Now the same house goes for 550. If you saw my house, you'd laugh at that price. A 3 BDR colonial around 1800 Sq Ft. 1 car garage.

Sounds like a flimsy landlord. 1 year lease, paid one month but only owes the last 2 months, lawn maintenance, and vacated in lieu of eviction.
