Apparently he's as good at ducking contact with his landlord as he is with ball carriers .
what inflation !You're not just a whistling pixie!
A quart of Bush's Beans cost me $3. Beans!
Next time I boil me own beans, add serranos, onion and BACON and voila! A feast fit for me, a sinewy, 160-pound brute of raw muscle and grit!
True enough. Though I’ll tell ya. I’ll take the rise in property taxes over the rise in rental prices the last few years. Then when you flip the house you have to buy another home, with an inflated price. Now, if you can time it, the bubble will burst.
So far these hefty appraisals have only served to cost me more in property taxes.
Tha is silly, chap. Trevon never panics. He is like a man god who now seeks a sanctuary for him and kith and kin. He is a good kid, really, just learning the high life.Jeebus ....... this is nothing ....... people leak these things hoping the famous person will panic and settle.
Well, property taxes are going to be there just like utility costs. And those always go up.Then when you flip the house you have to buy another home, with an inflated price. Now, if you can time it, the bubble will burst.

Cheeky fellow you are.Apparently he's as good at ducking contact with his landlord as he is with ball carriers .
For me, the problem is I have to sort, rinse and soak a $1 small bag of pintos for several hours before I can put them on to cook for another 2 hours, all the while tending them and monitoring the liquid and heat levels to keep them at a ‘simmer.’You're not just a whistling pixie!

Yes sir. We have all this equity but nowhere to spend it.Yep. Bought in 2016 refinanced when interest rates where below 2 in 2020. What really sucks is it's a catch 22 because I really am stuck at this place until the housing market comes down drastically.

Still, it's better paying property taxes than paying property taxes AND a mortgage.
Uncle Sam is ALWAYS going to get his money one way or another. Shrug.
P.S. the South and the Southwest have some of the lowest property taxes in the country.
Some of these $550,000 homes in Texas would cost $2-3 million in California.
But there is a Zen to making beans, fellow traveler. For me, the problem is I have to sort, rinse and soak a $1 small bag of pintos for several hours before I can put them on to cook for another 2 hours, all the while tending them and monitoring the liquid and heat levels to keep them at a ‘simmer.’
Honestly, just buy the canned Non-GMO product with no sodium, etc added… then season to taste as you warm them up.
For me, ‘the Trinity’ in the kitchen will always be be BELL PEPPER, ONION, and CELERY.But there is a Zen to making beans, fellow traveler.
The spices. The trinity o' pepper, cumin and salt.
The veggies.
The BACON
soak for 2 hours or longer while you think about the ills of the world.
Boil and contemplate the aroma, earthliness of primitive cuisine.
Simmer. Ruminate on cutting Tyron and saving $14 mil toward the cap. Vow revenge on the offshore telemarketer, Ken Wilson, who tried to take me identity.
Serve the beans hot with cheese and artisan bread.
Ah.
Right. Sure my house is worth a lot more but that also means everyone else's is too. I really feel bad for people who bought houses a year or so ago. Boy I'd be sweating every day. Maybe the housing market stays steady and I'm wrong on this but I know of people who paid $350 for a house that is worth no more then $200. Sketchy.Yes sir. We have all this equity but nowhere to spend it.
Yes, chap, I took Bean-o to no avail.what inflation !
