Trevon Diggs is 2 months early in ACL rehab

seriously, pump your flag at me because you think you know it all because of training? If you think our group of Doctors have been successful in keeping our troops healthy then you are in denial. Or even better, why not apply for the job if you are so a good smarter guy? These Docs do not pass the eye test, so why not ask....um anybody who is a fan of this team?

Pathetic reply for you, thought you were better let alone your entire thread was based upon his 1st injury
Goes to show all blame flows to someone trying to brag insight from a 30 year calendar. I go from job to job...you cry a lot and make believe. You have yet to sound as a veteran, or in football. Crying shame!:hammer:

Still upset about Snyder, huh?

Dallas wins the first game against Washington...find me afterwards!! Read your clovers.

Cooper’s specialties are surgical techniques for knee and shoulder injuries...and I was right here over a decade ago and watching the money paid by Jerry for top shelf.

So you understand, I was a Brave fan first when they were riding the bottom of ranks.

Fill your eyes with tears...that was procedure in Afghanistan, hero. Ever flown a medivac also? How about door gunner...but expectation for a Washington fan who can't even keep up with the team name. :lmao: :facepalm:

Go ahead and take the trash out and leave stud.
Washington fan? Ha, okay Dr, you outed me as a Commode fan....new lows even for you. I could care less what you have/haven't done as a "medic".....take your blinders off if you are truly a fan of this team

do you suffer from PTSD or something, or have me mixed up with somebody else? Hope you get help soon bud. For the record read my posts about the WFT and the former owner who ruined football in that city before you make yourself look silly. BTW, I'm a Canuck so ELBOWS UP !

Not very bright at figuring anything but your own drink out...back to your natural crying. You are the fool and who cares what YOU printed years ago? This is a discussion venue.

Im calling bs, bet he doesn't play against the eagles
There is no bs you do realize that we all heal differently every player comes back differently I'm not saying he's going to be there to start game one but he's not going to be out till game 8 I mean apparently you maybe you've never had this injury because I did I had my injury at 48 years old i'm 48 and white and had my ACL replaced because of a accident while wakeboarding doing a big old flip something I've been doing most of my life and just happened to take me out...

I can tell you this at 48 years old without the rehab facilities without all the help and the opportunities they have with the facilities and whatnot you know they have their own private people that help them come back from this I did not I only did 5 rehab sessions after my ACL was replaced again at 48 years old.. That's all the insurance would pay for but I could tell you this at six months my knee felt 100% but I took it easy cause they told me not to do anything big until nine months..

But I was still able to jog and run and I was still able to wakeboard and surf and even snowboard but I just didn't do any big jumps I didn't do anything high risk even though I could have..

But at nine months it took me a while mentally and I'm still wearing a professional brace an athletic brace you know like a donjoy like they wear I'm now 55 years old and had no setbacks at nine months I was doing everything lots of flips behind a boat surfing snowboarding working and I have a very tough job in HVAC field so I'm picking things up ladders and walking across rafters and I have not had one set back I was literally full speed at 48 years old nine months after surgery I could do everything and I did it well and some of these guys can do it after 6 months with the right rehab and some luck along the way again we all heal differently so let's stop calling these players and all these rumors on where they're at with their progress calling it B s..

How do you know I mean are you there I mean are you in the room with their doctors have you seen their mris and their CT scans to see the progress?

Overshown came back last year way ahead of schedule and he did not hurt the same knee he just had dumb luck in football he got rolled up on and he hurt the other knee so him coming back too soon did not getting hurt again sometimes it's just bad luck....

This story can be real it doesn't mean he's going to start game one they might make him take longer than normal before he they want him back but that doesn't mean he couldn't come back sooner we watched AD do it... They thought it was a miracle but it really wasn't I remember when Michael Gallup got hurt at the same time almost the exact same time chris Godwin for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers same position their wide receivers had the surgery almost the same exact time in February well Godwin came back and when he came back he still had 1000 yard season just because Gallup didn't come back at the same rate doesn't mean it can't have it yes we have a few players that didn't come back but we've had other players that can so just don't dismiss it if they're not trying to blow smoke up your butt just like when Prescott said he could start a game right now people are saying no way well why not you remember when he had his injury they said it's a 3 to 5 month window for rehab and getting it back right well I believe we're past that now...

Anyway, just thought I'd share but yeah if I can do it at 48 years old and still at 55 yes, I'm wearing a brace came back and did everything at nine months then these stories can be very true because I don't have the same advantages of age and the resources they have and I still was able to do it.

I am at a loss of trying to understand anything you said above, but okay.

It remains to be seen whether or not Diggs can return to the playing field when he's expected to or not. Jerry sounds like he's willing to allow him sufficient time to get back to game time action. Exactly what that might mean to Diggs and what it means to the Cowboys' staff is yet to be seen. It's that serious.

Maybe his injury was severe enough to cause serious concern as to when he'll be able to return safely. We'll see when the time comes for his return to be fully ready to play. The doctors will definitely have their say. They must not be inclined to rush his return haphazardly, with his entire career at stake.
Hopefully he took his rehab seriously this time.

I don’t understand this board sometimes. I guess you guys want Carson or Elam on an island alone. A healthy Diggs makes our team better for 2025. That is all we fans should be worried about. A dream secondary of Diggs, Bland, and Revel along with our pass rush is exciting to dream about.
They’re like gold miners. They see a vein of gold (something negative in this case) and get some kind of fever and pursue it until the gold is gone. Negative Nancy Fever or just Nancy Fever.

It was posted yesterday.

Recently released Video, but his ACL recovery clips was from last offseason.

My ACL Rehab journey was very successful.I ended up coming back to play 2 months sooner than I was suppose to.Follow my journey as I give you direct insight on how I did just that! Thankful for everyone who played a role with getting back out there! Episode 1 out now on YouTube!

I can't post the link, but there's an article out there that explains the video released and how it's about the 2023 ACL injury.
Curious if this is the rehab he did that supposedly upset the team.

Why would he post video of rehabbing a 2023 knee injury and not a 2024 knee injury?

Sophomore Surge?

A 5th-round pick in 2024, CB Caelen Carson saw limited snaps as a rookie but flashed potential in spot duty.

Known for his discipline and fluid hips, Carson’s strength lies in man coverage.

With a full year in an NFL defensive system, he enters camp more comfortable and confident.

Carson is a coach’s favorite for his football IQ and work ethic, and if he shows development in camp, he could emerge as a reliable option opposite Bland.

Time for Redemption?

Formerly a 1st- round pick by the Buffalo Bills in 2022, Kaiir Elam arrives in Dallas looking to reignite his career.

Injuries and inconsistency plagued his early seasons, but Elam still possesses elite athletic traits and starting experience.

If DC Matt Eberflus can tap into his potential, Elam could offer a high-reward option.

This training camp may be his best shot to re-establish himself as a starter in the NFL.

Why would he post video of rehabbing a 2023 knee injury and not a 2024 knee injury?

He just started his rehab on the 24 injury last week.

From what I've looked up, the 23 rehab was with Myron Flowers. Who is in Maryland(now) who runs 360 Fitness.
His current rehab is in Davie FL with Alkeme Sports per the twitter video.

he has to tackle
He has to make a better effort at tackling he does not have to tackle I hate to break it to you but Deon Sanders didn't tackle very much he made a living out of it he's in the Hall of Fame because of it he's in coaching now because of it he made a business decision that worked out very well for him not everybody is a lockdown corner that comes up and plays the run...

He's been hesitant to get in there and be physical because of the injuries it wasn't just his knees you remember at the end of the year we had nobody left a few years back he was the only starting corner still left on the field he actually had a hurt hand everyone made a big deal about it they thought he was just being soft and he was just trying to protect his hand for getting hurt so he could stay in the game and actually do his job which is trying cover and tackle his guy but not always have to come up and tackle in the run game I get what you're saying but let's not make a big deal out of it....

I am curious so what happened to sauce gardener I heard his name a lot early on I don't hear his name a lot now pretty serious having one of those swamps they call the sophomore slump he was hyped up pretty big and now he's kind of stepped back... It happens to players they go through things he's had some bad luck injury wise is not just the ones we know about.. Some of it is mental but ripping on a man who's still one of our better players because he's been slowed by injuries it's just silly don't be hating on the guy and act like we need to get rid of him.

Someone who's went through this that video you're posting under is not your first phase of your rehab you literally have to go through resistance and get your full range of motion back it's a tedious process to get to that point he's at now the rehab starts a day after your surgery again I went through this some of y'all are lost rehab starts the very day after they want you moving and using resistance bands and starting to schedule within 10 days actual rehab with like trainers...

So what you're seeing in that video is a long way into his rehab to be able to run sideways and stop and run the other way sideways is really far into rehab....

You missed all the videos we of him doing all the stuff where you're hopping on one leg and then hopping on another and then sidestepping on two surfaces that are uneven and Whatnot I mean apparently you want to see all the videos but apparently you don't understand what rehab is..

Where I'm looking at right now this man is really far into rehab... That cutting and stopping is really far in rehab it's very painful just to learn to bend your knee again all that resistance and weight training is very very painful and then they start to get to where you can walk and step up and down on stairs and walking on stairs that stuff you're seeing in that video is so far into rehab that you're mistaken..

It doesn’t say anything about starting his rehab just now on last years injury. In fact, it says he’s checking off boxes.
