Meh, same as every year and every draft. Over reaction all the way around. We don’t sign anyone, we have the worst FO in the NFL. We do sign some guys and we’re going to the Super Bowl.

The draft is no different. Almost everyone we sign is a stud until half way through the season and the FO sucks, we didn’t draft well, etc.

Same ole, same ole.

But the looks of it, from many, many, many posters here. We were going to go 0-16 and were as low as the browns. Now almost everyone is all shinney happy, people
LOL..YUP...YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW WE MISSED THE PLAYOFFS BY JUST 1 GAME LAST YEAR...You would think we were cellar dwellers.

Be honest here.... How many of you expected the Cowboys to have this many free agents of this caliber this year?

I know I didn't. Some of these guys should actually be really good signings at good value. Might be the opposite of the dumpster diving we did last year.

I was never really concerned much. A little disappointed but also in a wait and see mode.
However I do feel so much better at the same time. Patience pays off.

If they sign a few LB’s no matter who they are, I would feel even better.
S and DT will have to wait until the draft most likely, along with even more LB’s

If the sign another OL like Martin, it would be even better. Then BPA all the way. Unless that LB and DT is sitting right there to take.

My biggest concern if if we cant get the ball to these new receivers accurately so as not to waste them or make them un-usefull.

Also, if one of them is doing real good and steps into Dez's spot, I sense a tantrum of epic proportions on the horizon.

I think with a better healthy OL play and with Zeke back for sure.
That Dak should get that protection he needs and can improve his timing and accuracy.
Then the new WR’s will be great along with Dez.

I read a post of yours since you have been back, and you highly offended a player I hold in esteem. Now to be fair I cannot remember who it was. But then again I am not older than dirt, but was around when we voted on what to call it.

To sum up, your next vacation starts soon. Unless i fall asleep in my chair.
I have not been gone and I don't offend players. Coaches, yes , but not players. If I offended you, so be it. Won't lose any sleep over it. Salud!

Anyone can be good at watching the ball sail over their head or short hop in front of them

I didn't either. I was hoping we'd have great signings, but man, we have had ourselves a nice little offseason. I guess the Bahamas were exactly what the Joneses needed.

That’s a pretty depressing attitude.

This point, after the recent signings, is pretty much the bare minimum a club should go through if they're serious about trying to improve their team.

We haven't even signed a starter yet boys....

"Maybe" Hurns...

I do like those signings over last years scrubs though

We should not be done yet

Lol, sorry man, I can’t be as positive as you ALL the time ;)

It’s reality amongst most fans here. Personally, I’m not ecstatic about the signings but I like them. I just don’t see any of those guys being “big” difference makers but they do provide more stability and depth which we also need. Hopefully we draft some studs.

Don’t forget we’re going to have Zeke from day 1, a hopefully healthy Smith, Irving for a full year, a better Jaylon, an improved offensive line, an improving defensive line and a up and coming QB in his 3rd year. FA isn’t over and we still have the draft. There are reasons to be optimistic if you chose to be.

It's about what I expected for the most part, pass on the first wave of high dollar$$$ FAs. Pick up a few FAs later, and mostly sign there own guys. Now they need to have a good draft.

I don't see the big deal on the receivers. Sorry.

Neither of these guys broke 500 yds and all of a sudden we're stacked? I don't see it
