He said what he said.

I twisted nothing.

Parsons doesn’t care about you. You trying to fix what he says means nothing to him.
All he wants is to join the club of zillionaires without the results being there at the end of the season.
Let's face it when we play a team with a winning record Micah does his Chuck Norris impression.

He usually feeds on weak inept QBs with weak offlines...........and man have we had our share of those the past 3 seasons.

Vrabel. Rivera is like Dan Quinn. Road coattails of elite players that would've been elite with or without him
I'd love Vrabel in that spot. It would almost allow me forgive the FO for keeping the band together...almost.

Do you think he would take the demotion? No more NFL HC jobs are open and I don't see him wanting to drop to the college level. It would give him the upper hand on the Dallas gig next year if McCarthy isn't retained. Ok. You talked me into it. Make it happen Jerral!

Demotion or sit out. It's up to him. If not Vrabel I'd just get a new guy. Rivera/Staley etc etc no thanks

What is the problem? Everything Parsons said was true.
The coaches were outschemed. It happens. The coaches did not adjust.
The players also did not execute properly.
Because he's passive aggressively putting 99% of the blame on the coaches...1% blame on Twitter, and 0 % blame on himself.

In his mind...it's never him.

You want your star pass rusher to be regular-agressive.....not passive-agressive.

I always liked and respected Rivera, but you're right. His defenses have underperformed in Washington. Maybe having more time to focus solely on that side would change that.

If Vrabel is a no-go, I'd expect them to interview several candidates. It's an attractive job with a ton of talent to work with. I just hope they don't hire internally. The team is split right now and needs an outside view and perspective to weather the storm.

“We were just outperformed, outschemed, however you want to put it,” Parsons said, via Pro Football Talk. “Like, they had an answer for everything. And people saying, ‘Well, why didn’t you go to linebacker? Because, you know, ‘They said you could stop the run.’ Well, guess what? The packages are in for me to go to linebacker. There’s multiple packages, multiple variations, but I can only play what is called. Whatever the call is, whatever personnel they’re putting on. I’m not putting out personnel. I’m not putting out the calls. Nothing’s coming from me, so you could put that wherever you want to be or wherever you want to put it, but they’re not coming from me.”

Quinn really screwed this defense up. I really liked Quinn at the beginning but his bend but don’t break defenses bent and broke.

Dak…..above average QB. Needs playmakers around him, protection, and a run game. That’s okay. He is what he is, somewhere between those who say he chokes and will never win and those who foolishly call him elite.

Micah…..supposed to be elite. Supposed to be a generational talent. Supposed to be in the Defensive player of the year conversation every year. BS….great pass rusher, but against top competition, he disappears. He’s not generational, not yet anyway. If it was for one season only, I’d trade him right now for Max Crosby. That guy impacts every game and almost every play. He never stops and doesn’t leave the field.
83 tackles, 14.5 sacks
Parsons - 36 total tackles, 14 sacks

I don’t believe him. I believe he just doesn’t want to take responsibility.

He calls people on Twitter “nuts” for suggesting he should play more LBer.
Funny...where's the in-depth understanding for other players when he's evaluating them on his weekly podcast?

The other thing is this: Micah should have influence on where he is playing and how he is used...kinda like CeeDee did when the offense was stagnant.

IDC...all the effort he puts into his podcast should be put into the team. I won't say he doesn't work on his craft...he does...but he doesn't work on THE TEAM. He can't even see how selfish he is...including bringing smoke to his teammates by running his mouth.

Micah shouldn't go public with most of the stuff he says. That doesn't make him wrong. Quinn was horrific against Green Bay. It almost looked like he was trying to lose the game.

While I agree with the sentiment me thinks you need to recheck your stats.

I thought Micah said that he would follow Dan Quinn wherever he goes, then comes out with a slight of hand blaming same coach for getting out schemed? The kid talks out of both sides of his mouth.
Well he is stating facts that are true..... People's views and perception changes over time so I don't see how that's a problem.

You are delirious if you think Parsons is to blame in any way shape or form for the crapshow against GB.
