Romo just hit TWilliams for a TD from 8 yards out, but it was a sack if this is a game. Quinn blew past Weems.

Couple catches for Terrance Williams on team drill drive, including TD from Romo.

TWill has scored 2 TDs in about 3 minutes in 11-on-11. Both with hands catches, I should add. His ability to get open late is exceptional

Last 20 minutes were marred by the Martin injury, but McFadden looked good in his 11v11 debut. Hit holes, scored a TD.

Garrett: I think we've seen a lot of good things from DeMarcus Lawrence, he's certainly a young player, there's no question about that, he missed so much time last year, but I think we got a good feel for what kind of player he could be once he came back last year, I think the strides he's made this off-season are significant, I think he's a bigger, stronger, more explosive athlete than when he came in here a year ago, and you see a determination, an intensity on the football field that you really like, he's a young guy, though, it's all in front of him, but we love his approach.
The time missed last year with the injury was significant, particularly when it's a young player, who tend to be growing by the day, you put them in these environments, and you put them in competitive situations, if they go about it the right way, they are going to make leaps and bounds almost on a daily and weekly basis.
So you take all that time away from him, it was significant, but a real credit to him to get in the physical shape he needed to be, so when he came back , he felt some of that same growth and development during the season, and I think we saw that over the course of the games he played, by the end of the year he was making a number of big plays for us.
