Mad about what, am i missing something?

he should have broken behind 29 as that's how 29 was blocking it so 2 defenders inside go outside.
I didn't make the video bro, lol.
I just posted it as a visual reference for the discussion.

Can Dallas afford game day 47 a punt / kickoff guy who did make a pro bowl I guess but adds no reps in the receiver room whatsoever . And if Schottenheimer is going to be the brains behind the run game I assume Big Mac is the one who either includes Turpin in the offense or goes KM and has Turpin with a nice salary and the best ticket of any fan as a spectator .

I recall no deep routes for # 9 what so ever this year. Tavon Austin would at least flash every now and then that WR speed.
We need to utilize his speed and design some routes that can get him open...of course if he's triple covered he stands a better chance of seeing a pass thrown his way. Just ask TY.
You have to have an OC that has the capacity to use him.

We didn’t.
Turpin was in on only 62 plays for the Cowboys' offense last season = less than 4 a game.
Had a high of 8 (week 3), three times in for 6 snaps, 4x for 5.
The other 9 games - 3 or less--- 3 once, 2 plays six times, 1 play once, and ZERO = NO PLAYS in the last game - one in which it appeared the Cowboys mailed it in from the start.

Problem with Turpin , is he is waaay too damn small and diminutive at just 153 lbs,..he is probably the smallest in the entire NFL
Worse . he plays small... some small guys play much bigger than their size suggests ... Turpin doesn't.

-i've said that the only, likely way we will see Turpin score TD on a runback is he has to be totally Untouched on his pathway to the end zone.

- Tavon Austin 185 lbs ... was much bigger than Turpin ..and also more well established than Turpin from being a well regarded draft prospect to playing in NFL offenses ....

- Lucky Whitehead, 177 lbs ... was also much bigger th n Turpin was strictly a KO returner and gimmick jet sweep guy, they didn't see much of his offensive game to consider more .

- Even 5"6 Jakeem Grant who was a ex-pro bowl returner - is much bigger than Turpin at 177 lbs
I bet he’s 10-15 lbs heavier next season and a bunch stronger

i could hope an NFL level full offseason strength program can increase his overall lower body strength quota, ..to where he's not very easily tripped up and felled by a finger or shoestring on his run backs. .

but usually those mini-me tiny guys don't gained significant weight

I found Turpin’s decision making on punt returns mind-numbing. There were more than a few occasions he fair caught a number of punts with seemingly nobody around him within 5-10 yards and then he’d start slapping the ball like “man, I could have killed on that return.”

Forget Turpin.

We need Zay Flowers.

The biggest play nobody wants to talk about is Kelvin Joseph's strip-fumble on STs...

Yeah he sucked. When you're only the 2nd most productive offense in the league with this kind of talent you need to go.

I mean, he didn't know what to do with....~checks notes~....KaVontae Turpin. Inexcusable.

Is Turpin any good? Fast sure but I am not sure he is a football player. Great preseason. Zilch in the important games.
the return game was much better, he almost broke a few ones. ( he didnt have TDs but Come on be objective . )

It was. They also need to include him some more. I don’t know what he doesn’t get a couple offensive touches a game. Try to play a little more special team. Having him just return kicks is not enough.
