To be serious for the moment, the new mods are two reasonable posters, not inclined toward getting into ugly confrontations, IOW two examples of how posters should conduct themselves (not to make them sound saintly, you understand)...

If I was looking for a moderator, they'd certainly fit the profile I was looking for... and they should fit right in with the more senior staff, who are all pretty much of the same mold...

Good choices both, and I congratulate them...
