Dale: Wow, man it seems like you have literally grown up with board. I hope you are continually blessed as you move forward professionally. It it quite rare to have the handle on things you displayed at such an early age. I know you'll still visit a great deal and we will all look forward to it. The reports you presented us from Cowboys camps and the insight you shared from your internship was amazing access.



Duane: I know you have always juggled work, travel and mod duty. You have an extremely easy going way that I always appreciated a great deal. As an ex-mod that because of work responsibilities I completely understand. There were stretches that I could not even browse the site for days on end. Hopefully that means you are advancing in your career and doing big things. Being an ex-mod will be somewhat liberating at first and you should post more not less

Dale and Duane are class acts all the way and one of the original members. Both great guys. They will be missed as mods but it is for good reasons as they are advancing in areas of life that require more of their time.

Best wishes to both and if you ever need anything you know you can PM any of us and we will do our best to help.

I hope the new gig as replacement members of the Village People work out well for both of you and that the world tour really is fun.:laugh2:

On a serious note, thanks for all the kind words. As I said to the other Mods, they have all meant a lot to me personally and we've shared a lot of real life ups and downs with one another over the years.

To all the current members thank you for making this place so easy to moderate. The bad apples are really few and far between and you guys and gals do an unbelievable job of posting good information, insightful opinions and laugh out loud humor all in a civilized manner.

Thanks for having me as a Mod and I look forward to staying on as a member for years to come.
