Duane and Dale have been part of a team of moderators that I feel honored to see as my peer group.

As moderators, we all have different opinions and even duke it out occasionally. But at the end of the day, we're all on board...and we all have eachother's backs.

Duane and Dale, your individual efforts deserve to be recognized but the thing that I will miss the most is that you guys have been part of a team that I feel is truly unique.

Thanks for everything you've done for this place. And thanks for being great teammates through the years.
