Assume Seattle wins the West.

Either we have to win out, or Arizona has to lose out, or Detroit has to lose two more.

Whoever loses next weeks game between us and Philly will most likely not make playoffs will an 11-5 record while a 6-10 will represent the NFC south

Green Bay losing any of its remaining games can also play a factor in our wild card chances, no?

Hard to believe. What a shame if we end up with the league's leading rusher (and whatever awards come with him), 11-5 record, one of Romo's best seasons, and still miss out on the postseason

Losing to Colt McCoy may not only cost us a division title, but may keep us out of the playoffs altogether

Unbelievable

So, essentially we have to win the remaining 2 divisional games to even get in?

11-5 probably won't be good enough with a loss next week to eagirls.

we have been saying this for while now. Its win next week or go home. And I think it should be that way. If Dallas got swept by Eagles they don't deserve to go on to playoffs.

Arizona beating the Chiefs today was bad for our Wild Card chances. Given how the 49ers are playing right now, there's a very decent chance that the Cards pick up one more win to get to 11. We lose all three-way tie-breakers involving the Lions and a NFC West team. So missing the playoffs at 11-5 remains a disgusting looming possibility, if we lose to the Eagles next week. And even if we win, a loss to the Colts could put us in the same situation if the Eagles win the last two against Washington/Giants.

Root big time for the Bears and Vikings against the Lions the next two weeks, or else they'll get to 11 wins before they go to Lambeau Week 17.

I know, which is still key with Arizona winning today. Philly has nothing on anyone in a tie breaker scenario.

They have the tie breaker over the Cowboys even if they win next week, if they both end up with the same record.

Even if the Cowboys beat Philly and win against Indy if we lose to Washington and Philly wins it's last two we'll be knocked out.

I still look at the Lions and wait for them to sink it up.

1-2 in the last three.

Not happening, pt. 2, I'm afraid.

Yeah, I'm not counting on it. The Lions have the Vikings at home; the better chance of them taking a loss is at Soldier Field. Really, the Cowboys need to win out if they don't want to have to count on an inferior team beating the Eagles/Lions.

The Bears will not beat Detroit without Brandon Marshall.
