Looks like the defense gave up to many points and offense didn't score enough, so there is blame enough to go around. First half scoring helps also. Hopefully this isn't another year of going to the 4th quarter well for a win because at some point it's not going to keep happening.

No. Dak did his job. In most cases, he outperformed the quarterback on the other side of the field. The defense is what caused those losses.

I've never been especially enthused with the defense's name, "Hot Boyz."

We just as effectively might have labeled them as "The Campfire Cuties."

You bring up a good point. Dak takes the flack from the uninformed, but it has been the defense's failure that has kept us from advancing in the playoffs.

Buddy , I disagree. The defense bailed the lackluster offense out many times last year. Especially in those games where Dak barely threw for over 100 yards or the games he struggled to pass for 200. There was too many games that was unnecessarily close because of the offense and the defense had to save the game. The offense was so bad that in many games it should have been big time blow outs, but Dak’s play and faults held the offense to pitiful low scoring.

People are proclaiming them top 3 because they're giddy over a preseason game.

The last time the defense played a real game they got worked.

I believe the Defense is going to be significantly improved this year. Those LBs are going to be much better this year and you won't see them playing undisciplined football, like you saw with the Rams. I think that beat down was just what these guys needed. They will understand why you play techniques the way you do, in the NFL now. I'm really encouraged about the Defense this year.

I have seen him ranked between 22nd and 14th depending on the outlets that rates QBs. The only ones that see Dak as above average are in the are several Cowboys Fvast minority. There FB pages that are starting to ban the Dak-lovers because they are clearly delusional worship of Dak.
