Tyler Smith was dominating

Yeah I’m not as concerned yet but this team can’t afford to be the most penalized team in the league. Just can’t.

Agree 1000% but I'm not sure it is fair to compare tonight with what happened last year entirely. What happened last year was with the starter, not so much tonight. IF this is still an issue after game one.......I'm concern

Not bad for his first day at the office. He definitely got robbed on that one holding call but he showed promise. His technique isn't where it needs to be but that will come with repetition. He's smart ,strong, nasty and driven. Looking forward to seeing him grow into a very good maybe even great offensive lineman.

I agree with you and I’m not panicking or anything like that. I’m just saying it’s a little unsettling that guys playing for their jobs are committing penalties.

The two holds are big, Smith had a reputation for it in college, so I'm sure opposing coaches are planting it in the refs head to keep an eye on it. He did look good in that in video and I think he'll be a good player, but I think those holding penalties will plague him his rookie season.

I was watching Smith quite a bit that play he took his man to the ground very nice . Did Josh Ball play decently ? I think Martin Smith McGovern and Farniok can cover the guard spot it’s left tackle with 77 I’m worried about .

Someone made the comment that LT may very well be the Cowboys choice in next April’s first round but that doesn’t help 2022 .
