He didn’t have to in order to give him a ticket. You can send a citation in the mail for speeding if you want to.

Interesting how as more gets found out the worse it looks for Hill.

As I suspected, the publicity is why the officers are on Admin Leave; not really for much of anything else.

I knew it immediately. The cops are on edge 24x7 and when someone gives you lip and won’t open the window, there’s going to be issues, black, white, brown, female, whatever. He handled completely wrong.
