Counting on this once, and still occasionally great player was a tragic mistake by the GM. The glaring need on the OL was so obvious. At a minimum, quality depth was needed. The most recent draft was a big disappointment after several good ones.

The failure of the OL has crippled the offense, especially against good teams. Dak has been under far too much pressure. It's really frustrating watching the amateur GM ignore this issue.

He's the best Tackle the cowboys have by a long very long mile. They did draft an eventual replacement for Tyron, but they chose to use him at guard for now. They have also added or drafted other guys to backup such as ball, waletzco, chuma, and asim.

Most off season veterans picked up are usually good for about a half a season and then wear out.
